We stayed for two nights. First morning breakfast was sausage, scrambled eggs, and french toast slices. Second day was Canadian bacon, cheese omelets, and hash browns. In addition, bagels, croissants, toast, pancake machine, yogurt, oatmeal, dry cereals, coffee, tea and juices. All in all a good variety of items. An excellent breakfast! There were some tables outside the breakfast room, if you wanted to sit there. Also loved the keurig coffee machine in the room. Had to get k cups from the front desk but not a problem, they gave us all we wanted. Brand was Green Mountain and also had Decaf. Awesome!

The only negative would be in the room. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The shower was huge and had plenty of hot water. The negative is that there were no grab bars in the shower. Since the floor was a little slippery when showering I was a little uneasy with nothing to grab onto. Hotel definitely should consider installing them.

Breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel we have stayed at! . The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and upon entering the hotel we liked it enought we decided to book an extra night stay. We were even upgraded to a suite.! The room was very clean and no odd smells like we have experienced at other hotel we stayed at. Definitely will return.

Only negative I could find was the shower which looked like it was upgraded from a tub because there was a tub spout installed. Kind of odd to have a tub spout in a shower but no big deal. The negative was that there was no grab bar and the shower floor was slippery. Other than that all was perfect.

Clean & spacious room & newer slide door showers, stay comes with free parking and hot breakfast that utilizes real silverware & even mugs for coffee. Microwave available nearby. Place is nicely tucked in quiet area, not too close to busy shops & restaurants, adequate & well lit parking lot. Mila was very helpful & friendly at check in. Same with the fellow who checked us out.

Hot breakfast could use more meat, had ham slices that morning. Only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo & lotion, better if they had refillable huge bottles of hair products & shower gel secured instead to the wall, like other hotels.

Location, parking great. Breakfast excellent!!

Would have liked to have two chairs in room. Staff needs to make security sweeps through facilities in the overnight hours. Our second night sleep was ruined with loud intoxicated guests/room crashers outside our room between 2-4 AM, trying to get into room across from ours. Front desk was called twice and did respond. Cameras in hallways would have shown that situation.

Great location for the IronMan Race in July! Amazing view of Mirror Lake. Fantastic location for athlete and family, right at the start line. Perfect access to transition area/finish line. Town was short walk. Breakfast was big and yummy. Very clean hotel.

No real complaints about this hotel. Very happy with it. If I had to say anything maybe say that bathroom door didn't latch/lock and garbage wasn't collected (however I could have called and I am sure staff would have picked up, they were very nice).

Staff was very friendly. It was a crazy weekend with a lot of people in town, so parking was bad because people who shouldn't have been parking in their lots were. They let me have a special spot so I could go in for an hour and get ready for an event. I had driven around for 20 mins looking for parking, so I was a bit stressed, and being able to relax and get ready for the event was very nice. When I got back from the event, parking spots were available again, so it wasn't an issue. The room was cozy with a wonderful view of Mirror lake. We had a king bed and couch bed for three of us. The room had plenty of space. Comfortable beds!

Slow elevator! That's all. It was really a great stay and I would totally stay there again.

Amazing location, very comfortable beds, spacious and modern clean rooms, quiet, friendly staff, very clean lobby and breakfast area, great washrooms, nice pillow choices, walking distance to so many restaurants and shops as well as mirror lake and amenities

Very minor, but feedback would include: having hot water in the lobby (it was never hot the evening, but staff did offer to heat up the water using a microwave) and a selection of herbal teas

The room was spacious, clean, the breakfast was good, there was always coffee. I would stay again.

There was one concierge/receptionist who was very rude. Just wanted to ask her a question about how to check out earlier than the expected stay but she kept cutting us off and just had a really unpleasant conversation with her. Other two concierge were great . I also wish there were thinner pillows.

Ended up at the Main St property because there was a hockey tournament and the whole main building was full. It was super quiet, clean, looked brand new and was a 2 minute walk into town. We loved it.

Only downfall at staying on Main St property is there is no desk or staff if you need anything and no breakfast. I suppose we could've walked down to main hotel for breakfast if we really wanted to but Starbucks was closer. Also I think the breaker for the bedroom was off because there was no power to it which meant no lights or clock but it wasn't a biggy for us.

The room was new and very clean. Parking was very convenient. The location was excellent. It was nice to walk in the adjacent park early in the morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lounge area and dining area were very adequate.

The bedroom light level was not adequate. It was hard to see when trying to figure out how to use the coffee maker. The bathroom lights were great. The breakfast could be improved. The selections and layout of the food was very good. The dining area was neat and very clean. The issue that I had was the main course of food which comprised of tater-tots, thin small circular processed ham, and eggs folded over like a half pancake. Dry and not that hot or tasty. Not good at all in my opinion. Generally I can tolerate most things. Check out how the Holiday Inn Express does there main course (home fried potatoes, sausage, bacon, scrabbled eggs).
