Loved the looks inside and out of this hotel and the lobby had a pleasant very noticeable smell! Our room was beautiful and clean with a great view! Definitely going to stay here again in the future, great location in the heart of everything! My stay through booking.com included breakfast with the hotel stay, the food was delicious with great options (service style, no buffet)! Both the breakfast room and the restaurant for dinner were both updated and had a great atmosphere. They also have a rooftop bar which I didn't get to this trip but I'm sure it's an awesome spot to hang with a great lake view, can't wait to check it out on my next visit!

I wasn't aware of the parking situation beforehand so I didn't know they charge $19 a day (valet parking, no self parking available) They said we can also park at an off site lot within walking distance (very close) for like $5 or $6 a night. We chose to park at the hotel valet parking since we had our bikes on the back of the car. The valet service was absolutely great! Very quick and friendly staff. I would recommend parking at the hotel for sure if you don't mind spending the extra money. We stayed for three nights and they only charged us for two days worth of parking.

Staff were lovely and the room was very nice and comfortable. Location on street was wonderful.

They use extremely strong air freshener in lobby and hallways which made it difficult to breathe. My husband and I are sensitive and asthmatic and it really made it unpleasant stepping out of our room. We went there to get some fresh mountain air and the windows in room did not open, they were bolted shut. I would not have stayed there had I thought to ask.

Hotel renovations are beautiful, the room was large and they allowed us to check in considerably early because our room happened to be ready. We also enjoyed the onsite bar. The location is perfect as well. We also appreciated the valet so we didn't need to worry about parking.

The bed was very firm, my husband and I were on our first night away from our toddler so we were a little disappointed we didn't sleep well. That's preference of course but likely wouldn't stay again because of the bed. Netflix on the bedroom TV also wasn't working, minor inconvenience.

Beautiful views, very nice rooms, great location, walking distance from shops and restaurants.

When booking it dos not clearly mention that parking at the hotel was “valet” only. The “parking lot” is only 20 feet from the door making valet unnecessary, and at $19.00 per day, it’s a very ridiculous charge.

Although it was a little pricey for the "pre-season"; the staff were super friendly and helpful; the facility was amazing; the location is nice ... right across from the lake on Main Str.. Parking is a little different, but valet handles it.

I loved it! Could use more parking but, they seem to manage.

The room was large, and the beds were comfortable.

We had a room that had access to the room next door. We found it loud and could hear everything the neighbors were doing from the TV area. Other than that, the place was beautiful and all the staff were great.

Just suggestions: make sure shower products are filled! We had no shampoo or anything. Give at least 2 bars of soap. Each room should have TWO robes!

Beautiful, newly remodeled hotel right in the heart of downtown Lake Placid. Very convenient location to all there is to offer here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

It was dog-friendly and the staff was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect; right in the heart of town.

We were not impressed with the Charcuterie boards from the restaurant.

great decor, cute stylish rooms. staff was great. dessert and drinks in downstairs bar very good, as well as the service.

only thing poorly to note was the shower did not get hot, barely even warm for both our showers
