Poor lighting in the bathroom (no lights above the mirror...they were on the walls at the sides of the mirror, and they were the yellow low-glow type - not good for putting on makeup, contact lenses, or seeing details). Also, the carpeting in the room has got to go! It was starting to fray at the bathroom door, and there was a big stain RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the room (as if an earlier guest had dropped a big pizza or something...honestly, if this were my home, I NEVER would have left that kind of stain on the carpet for others to see!). Surely you must have a decent carpet cleaning machine in the hotel. Please consider getting rid of the carpets in the rooms in favor of the vinyl hardwood floor look - so much more sanitary too!

The greeting at front desk was pleasant and kind. The rooms were very clean and our cleaning lady Sue greeted us wished us a good day and worked with a smile. All around very friendly staff. A convenient location to the lakes. Also your breakfast buffet was very good and the staff kept it spotless and everything was never empty. Very pleasant breakfast and atmosphere to sit and get your morning started. Overall I have not one negative comment. Also always had hot water for a shower. Most hotels you stay in don't have that!! Keep up the excellent atmosphere and work ethics!!!

The location is within an hour of most local attractions. Breakfast was great, unlimited coffee all day! Pool was clean and easy to access. Parking lot was easy to access and never had an issue with space.

Walls are a bit thin and some noise does come though. On our last night a family with young children and dogs stayed and kept us up a bit later than I would have liked. Hotel is pet friendly, we did not realize this before booking.

This hotel did not disappoint at all! Great location, the staff was great, accommodations were great, and the breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel in a long time! They have a pancake machine!! LoL the pool area was a hot crowded because a birthday party was down there, hut other then that perfect!!! Definitely staying here again if needed.

There was plenty of bacon. There were good choices of food. The mini omelettes weren't bad either.

I would preferred fresh coffee instead of the coffee concentrate. I would have enjoyed more choices for breakfast meat such as sausage or ham in addition to the bacon. I would've preferred scrambled eggs.

the staff was extremely friendly while checking in and during our whole stay the breakfast bar was very nice had lots of variety the juice and coffee was available 24/7 there were lots of towel available at the pool whenever we went the fitness room was very well maintained staff listened to our requests for extra towels that we made when booking the property

The friendly staff made our stay perfect. We had traveled all day and were ready to do laundry, relax and prep for our next day. We had a friendly reception even though we arrived late at night. The receptionist provided us valuable information on the laundry facilities and breakfast in the morning.

The room climate control was cumbersome and made the room very cold. beyond our liking or ability to control. We ended up turning it off since it was so cold.

Considering COVID protocols, the breakfast was excellent. The staff extremely courteous and helpful. Extra towels were provided when asked for. Housekeeping staff was also extremely courteous.

Nothing you can do about this but closing the bathroom door was difficult, and the tub and beds were difficult to navigate. This information should be given in description. ALSO, there should be a switch to turn off the bathroom fan--most annoying when light is on. Booking.com was NOT clear about weekend rates, which were nearly double the weekday rates.

I really liked that the location was within walking distance from many places. We needed toothpaste and water and was able to walk to Aldi for it. We got dinner across the street at China King, which was surprisingly pretty delicious. We were also able to walk to Amity Coffee house and Blue Heron bakery from the hotel. After driving for 5 hours to get to Watkins Glen and Penn Yan, felt good to actually be walking instead of driving!

I think our rooms were alittle too close to the side door, storage room, fitness center and bathroom…so everytime anyone walked by it drove the dogs crazy! They kept barking throughout the night…but we were able to get some sleep after midnight when everything quieted down.

The room was maintained well, the hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. It’s in a very nice location if you’re looking to go and try out different wineries in the area. Also, I had to cut my trip short unexpectedly due to an unforeseen illness, and the hotel was extremely accommodating. We had leave a day early and the hotel didn’t charge us for that final day since we had to leave.
