We did have an issue with payment through Booking.com which I'm still waiting to be resolved, almost a month later !!! Breakfast selection was ok, bit the use of tiny plastic trays and bowl was horrendous !! Not good for the environment and very cheap and nasty. Cleanliness at breakfast was also lacking in attention. When I went down to breakfast on our second day, there was still rubbish on the floor from the previous day

The location right at the lake is probably the best in the Finger Lakes. We got a lake view room (it's definitely worth the extra cost!) and it was so beautiful. You can watch sunrise and sunset from your room plus all the birds and boats on the lake, etc. There's also a large sitting area outside at the lake with tables, chairs, couches, lounge chairs, fire burner. Really spectacular! The breakfast is pretty good and served from 6-10am. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The walls are pretty thin and we could hear the neighbors talking, but it wasn't too bothersome. There's only 1 desk chair, but it would be nice to have 2 chairs, so the 2nd person doesn't have to sit on the bed.

The front desk person, Chris was extremely helpful if we had questions about the area and very pleasant all the time. Jeff in the bar/dining area was great too with suggestions on drinks and dinner options. The chef was extremely dedicated to his job too. The dinners were so good we had dinner there all 3 nights of our stay. There were 6 in our group. The staff was overall very friendly and helpful.

Could use some umbrellas in the back deck area. Very sunny all day.

The location right on the lake and also our room was lake side. It was comfortable and clean.

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and although we were able to sit on the balcony it took a while for service and the wait for our food was longer than most restaurants, I understand there was only the cook and 1 server so it's understandable. It was okay I wouldn't rave about it.

The view of Keuka Lake from our room window was gorgeous. The sun was just setting over the mountains. The sky was pink!! The staff was very courtesy and helpful. The hotel was clean and up to date. The room was spacious and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast had a lot to choose from.

The pillows need replaced. They were too flat!!

We stayed in a water view king room. The bed was comfortable and the view was pretty. The hotel was clean. We ate a very good meal at the hotel on the patio looking at the lake. We only spent a day here, passing through but we have spent longer in the Finger Lakes in the past. It is a beautiful area with plenty of wineries and waterfalls.

The price of the meal we ate in the restaurant was a bit high but we were tired and did not want to go out. Otherwise, the hotel and location were great.

Perfect spot on the lake. The small restaurant in the hotel had great piano entertainment. Only had dessert after a day of wine tasting and dinner out. But The dinner menu sounded delicious.

Could have been cleaner in the rooms and need updating . And our room was facing a parking lot:( and the windows were filthy

The view, first and foremost. Get a water view room! The staff is super friendly, especially the folks at the hotel bar. Desk staff was also very nice during our entire stay. The view of the lake is superb. It's hard to find an affordable hotel right on one of lakes but this one is a gem. Bedding was fresh and clean.

Room was a little dirty, but I'm guessing that's due to staffing and the speed that they have to turn rooms.

Breakfast was good, could be a little more variety, or have muffins. The restaurant attached was excellent food. Was a good surprise to have a restaurant with the Hampton Inn.

The indoor pool was too cold. Not sure if there is a heater, but it could of been a lot warmer.

Beautiful well maintained lakeside view. Wonderful bar offering local wines. The bartender was so knowledgeable about the local wineries and even provided a list/recommendations of restaurants in the area. Always love being able to grab coffee and a quick breakfast onsite (included) to start the day. Convenient location with plenty to do in the area.
