It was clean & in a nice area, I like the town as it was close to beautiful areas and vineyards with unimaginably views. The welcome center is close to hotel and have a large patio with beautiful view of Seneca lake. We went to couple of area in finger lakes to see many beautiful Falls special in Gorge trail (Indian,finger lake, and Gorge trail loop; Taughannock falks via Gorge trail; Lucifer Falls via Gorge trail;…..) we were 3 friends and they had 2 queen beds with a sofa bed that was great during our stay. Serving breakfast was a great idea as we didn’t have to drive around during AM time to get coffee or breakfast. We had wonderful time during our stay.

Everything was great! Breakfast timeframe was great and so was the food. The room was excellent, friendly staff, pool and gym was awesome. We’ll 100% be back here next time we come to visit family.

The only 2 things with room for improvement - the eggs at breakfast had a horrible taste to them. They were fresh and hot both times we ate there along with everything else, but the egg taste itself was not right. The flooring in the pool area is way too slick, even without water on it. The water makes it worse. I saw a few people slip while we were there and one of them had shoes on!

Staff was courteous and friendly. Answered all our questions and demands. Reception staff proactively offered us extra bed sheets and a blanket when they saw we had a toddler during check in. We appreciated a deep bathtub in our room. Liked the pool and jacuzzi and the breakfast.

The address in GPS did not lead to entrance, but to the Tractor Supply Co next door. Would love to have better eggs for breakfast. The omelet and sausages were not delicious. Other choices for breakfast were good and we appreciated the variety of food available for breakfast.

The room was spacious and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, although vegetables would have been a great addition

Showers don’t have a hand held shower head in addition to the upper one. We had a 2 beds room. The persons who sleeps next to the wall ( on either bed) has no bedside table , very inconvenient

I loved the staff they were very friendly, the room was great, and the breakfast was excellent especially the pancakes and sausage

I love using the pool which is usually great. this time staying however was spring break which I didn’t realize when booking months ago. there were a lot of kids jumping in the pool from the sides not only into the pool but the hot tub also. which could have led to injury. kids were out of control and the parents or guardians ( not sure which) that were with them were ignoring the behavior so we were unable to enjoy the pool area. The pool area is one of the reasons we stay at Holiday Inn express wherever we go and are able to find one. we will be more careful next time in choosing during breaks or holidays. other than that it was an excellent stay.

This hotel offers a wide variety of hot & cold breakfast items. They have some different choices on different days, which is nice if you're staying more than one night. The room was spacious and well furnished with a comfy padded chair. Staff was very helpful & friendly.

The water pressure in the shower was not very strong, which is typical of many hotels. It just made it difficult to thoroughly rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Other than that, everything was great!

Breakfast was good and the facilities were exceptionaly clean and cared for. The staff were very friendly and helpful anytime we needed them. The cleaning crew were also great !

The sofa beds are not at all comfortable, we had to get a rollaway cot. The mattress on the sofa bed was horrible. They need new mattress that are more like memory foam than regular mattresses.

Loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Geneva. Our room was very clean, comfortable and very quiet. The staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was excellent! Location was outside of town, but still close to everything we needed within a few minutes drive. We also loved the pool area, the staff kept it well stocked with fresh towels and was very clean.

Nothing, can’t wait to come back and stay again.

The hotel was new-ish and very neat and clean. Our room and the public areas were tastefully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very pleasant. We saw the firepit area under the pergola when we were going out and it looked very appealing. The hot buffet breakfast was good. The attendant was very professional and courteous. I brought my own multigrain bagel and toasted it since most hotels have nothing wholegrain. I did see some whole wheat bread which is better than most of the competition. The scrambled eggs were good.

The mattress firmness was just right for me. My husband thought it was a little soft.

It was so very nice to have so many TV choice's ! On the day it rained, it made staying in most of the day wonderful and relaxing. Perfect !

The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired! ! Only had breakfast once,that was once too many. But, that's how most hotels do breakfast. Badly ! and Sadly !
