There were definitely things to like about this hotel. 1. Location! It’s a short walk to many cute restaurants/wineries/breweries. It is also a short drive to other wineries in the area. The lake views were also phenomenal! 2. Room was very clean and comfortable. 3. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A few things do need upgraded in this hotel, however nothing too serious and we would def stay again. Some dislikes would include 1. The walls are thin and the hallway noise carries. so if you’re a light sleeper def bring some earplugs. 2. The pool could def use some upgrades. It was usable but could def be better. 3. The parking lot def needs repaved. There are some pretty large holes so be careful when parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham, 41 Lakefront Hotel during our trip to Geneva NY. We loved the sprawling property on the lakefront and the room with a lakefront view. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were happy to have free parking at the hotel. We loved the in-house F2T restaurant at the hotel for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant was reasonably priced, and the meals were delicious with big portions. I had the one of the best dishes ever for dinner, braised pork osso buco with roasted Brussel sprouts and smashed potatoes. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. We were glad that the property was right next to the Lakefront Park and Seneca Lake State Park, so it was easy to walk and enjoy the lakeshore waterfront area. Geneva is one of the nicest towns to visit in the Finger Lakes area and this is the best place to stay in Geneva.

The location was really the best part of the hotel.. right on the lake with the walkway around the edge of the lake was really nice. The hotel restaurant was very good and very good service from the servers there. A little ice cream and wine slushy/ bike and kayak rental was steps away from the hotel as well.. The bed was comfortable l slept well and the bathroom and shower was nice.. Beautiful lake view from my room I enjoyed watching the sunrise.

A few things I wish were better such as the furniture in the room. The bed was great but the chairs and decor in the room were terrible. Just not attractive or comfortable.. I also wish they had screens for the windows to enjoy the air. In the patio outside they have gas fireplace to enjoy but none of them worked.. was a nice hotel but really needs a little TLC and maybe more staff to make it better.. overall I would stay again..

Great location and best outdoor patio facing the lake. Handy to downtown. We’ve stayed at this hotel almost yearly for at least 10 years. Rooms are starting to look worn. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken during our 6-day stay.

Rooms are starting to look worn. The coffee machine in the front lobby was out of order during our entire 6-day stay. Also, it would be nice to offer more than one bed in the handicapped rooms. This is the 2nd time in the past few stays that the fire alarm went off.

Great location. We arrived about 45 minutes before the 4 pm check-in and the front desk staff very nice. He was able to get us into a room. Lake view from our room was stunning.

The door to our room stuck. Had to push hard to open it. The body wash and shampoo pump dispensers in shower were both empty. We asked about having breakfast at the hotel restaurant when we checked out at 10:40. The woman at the desk said they were serving for 20 more minutes until 11 am. We went right to the restaurant. Doors were locked. Restaurant worker opened the door and said kitchen was already closed

The location is both beautiful and well located for walking to a lovely little town. Which is lucky, because you have to go into town for anything that isn't in the lobby vending machine.

The hotel advertises a restaurant and bar on the premises but it was closed. In a resort town on a lake in the height of summer. For no logical reason whatsoever. Oh, the lobby coffee maker didn't work either so it was either pods in the room, or .... walk into town. This is an beautiful place that needs to get it's sh*t together to be great.

Great view on the lakefront side. Comfortable bed. Staff were fine.

The shower in my room (433) had an issue with the shower. The soap dispenser was empty. The shower knob to turn and adjust the water came right off. The floor of the tub was plastic and as I moved my feet they dug in and it felt like the floor was on a curve. This could be potentially be unsafe. A continental breakfast would have been nice instead of paying an additional $15 per head for breakfast

The location was amazing! I would stay again just based on the location. It is right on the water and right on the walkway. Super close to the park and the welcome center. It took us only minutes to get to restaurants and cafes. Also loved that they allow pets!! Thank you!

The bed was not super comfy. most ice machines were broken. Restaraunt attached had bad hours. But really none of this was super bad.

location was convenient and beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Conference room I rented was set up very nicely and process to book it was straightforward.

My key cards to my room did not work on multiple occasions, I had to go to the front desk for new ones on two different occasions and my parents had to for their room as well. This was rather frustrating.
