We stayed at this budget hotel for 5 nights: - 10mins walk to subway which takes you to Manhattan in 15-20 mins (total ~30mins each way) - Lots of restaurants close by - Cheaper than other motels/hotels in the area - Room was large; bed/pillow were comfy - AC included - Smooth checkin, and checkout is at 12pm (later than most places here)

- No shower gel or soap - Towels were old but usable - Leaky toilet (which eventually stops in an hour)

The staff at the desk was there and she processed me

Free parking on site - very big plus! About 10 spaces, first come, first served. Safe, secure neighborhood, even for walking at night. Very clean room. Very firm mattress; other reviewers have criticized this, but we loved it.

It took at least three staff members an hour to get our TV working. They were all very responsive, but not very effective. No breakfast due to COVID? It's time to move on! No restaurants close by. 10 min walk to metro starts with serious uphill.

No soap available by sink in bathroom, just body wash dispenser in shower and bottle lotion. Could benefit from providing conditioner Could benefit from a coffee maker or make hit drinks available Free bottles of water would be a nice touch and a mini fridge in room Booking .com does not say you must provide a 100usd deposit for room which is returned on return of key, so was a shock when we arrived and had to give this cash. Can be paid on vadd but will take 3-5 days to be processed by bank

A large room & bathroom with bath and shower! Staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely - so friendly, yet professional

the room was exactly as in the photos.it was big enough. and even though the hotel is near a busy intersection, the room is quiet it was clean and tidy every day. new towels every day. only minor defects in the room that can be removed in 1 day. the staff at the reception are friendly and immediately willing to solve any problem. bus stop directly in front of the hotel. or subway stop within 10 minutes from the hotel. line 7 goes to Manhattan.15 minutes by metro and you are in the center. really a very good ratio of quality and price. I will be very happy to use this hotel in the future

All good. Only 10 minutes away from the subway. Free bus to La Guardia airport nearby. Comfy bed.

Could be a bit noisy at night with a fire brigade opposite.

Fast check in/check out, spacious room, comfortable king sized bed/pillows. Room was cleaned every day! Bus is literally right outside the front door- easy transportation

Early check in fee. Additional $10 for each hour prior to check in time, starting at 11am. No soap upon arrival. Smelled like cigarettes at one point, even though smoking isn’t allowed in building. Oh and no fridge/microwave

Location was good, room large and clean, shower was good.

Slightly dated. Odd to have kitchenette/kettle but no utensils/crockery/cookware or mugs.

the hotel is decent, comfortable and clean. good and worth the money safe location friendly staff over all clean room and bathroom AC in the room (hot and cold) water boiler and iron TV (i did not use it) i don't what channels are there

there is no fridge in the room. the furniture is aged a bit or require inspection. burnt light on the ceiling the location is far away from the airport and the traffic makes it worse. not many choices for food around the hotel, basically there are 2 grocery stores, dominos and subway. other than that it is considered far away.
