The suite was large with ample room that allows you to feel like you can chill out in your room . The floor plan is laid out nice. Rooms are sound proofed and the pillows are perfectly plump and soft. TVs are large and it smelled nice when we walked in.

It’s a good ten minute walk t the nearest subway (or $12 taxi which you have to call yourself or grab one at he train station when returning). The walk is up hill for more than half. The good news is that there is a grocery store one block away and that block has a Dominos, Dunkin’ Doughnuts, Subway and a kick butt dollar store that opens at 8am on it.

It is a nice, clean, very comfortable, and quiet hotel. I have stayed there twice, and it will be my go-to.

The train is a bit of a walk away. I usually drive, so it's not a deal breaker, but if you need to take public transportation, it's not as convenient as other hotels.

On booking website it said there was a free airport shuttle. One of the only reasons I booked it. And when we got there the shuttle only went to laguardia not jfk so we had to spend $80 for a ride. Also we had paid for the room on booking and when we got there they charged us again and it took 3 weeks to come off our credit card.

Nice location between Manhattan and tennis at Flushing . Close to the subway. A foodstore and a winestore close by was good, as well Dominos. A pub on the way home from the subway was also nice. Good cleaning and breakfast with hot and cold options was good. Paper plates and cups were no oroblem for us. Nice, helpful staff. Our booking site said no WiFi, but it was very good both in our room and in the lobby.

Coming from Europe- don't know if it's a cultural thing - we missed the option of reusing our towels - thinking of the environment. The recycling at breakfast was not very good either.

Our hotel room was huge and so clean. Bathroom was also big with complete set of toiletries. I loved the free breakfast too! And the staff was so accommodating and helpful. The basement parking was also a plus.

The facility and staff more than made up for the location. Getting to and from JFK was farther, but the security we felt at your location made up for the distance we traveled. Sering Jalollow is an exceptional employee. His presentation and professional attitude was very impressive. His smile and engaging demeanor is 'icing on the cake'. This young man needs to be groomed for positions of greater responsibility - he is a valuable asset to your organization.

The shuttle work until 9:00 pm only and because my flight was delayed I need to take a Uber to get to the hotel at 10:30 pm

Parking was very limited and it took 2 hrs to find from the UBS ARENA. Leaving me very distressed at 1 a.m. with kids. I'll be honest, I was scared in that neighborhood lost!

The property seems brand new, we had the one bedroom suite with full kitchen and it was so beautiful. Location wise it seemed out of place for where we were but it was a comfortable stay nonetheless

The location seemed off. But we didn’t get to venture around as much as we wanted to so that being said, the immediate vicinity there’s only a corner store that is across the street and a dominos. For our comfort we like restaurants, coffee shops, shopping/gift stores etc. for context.

Very comfortable room, the floor was quiet and felt safe for solo travelers. Breakfast was amazing, definitely the best part.

They did not take cash which can be a problem for tourists. There was no soap in the bathroom and when I let the staff know they just said “noted”, they did not offer to provide it although it should have been there in the first place. There was only one working elevator so the waiting time to get places was long.
