The suite was large with ample room that allows you to feel like you can chill out in your room . The floor plan is laid out nice. Rooms are sound proofed and the pillows are perfectly plump and soft. TVs are large and it smelled nice when we walked in.

It’s a good ten minute walk t the nearest subway (or $12 taxi which you have to call yourself or grab one at he train station when returning). The walk is up hill for more than half. The good news is that there is a grocery store one block away and that block has a Dominos, Dunkin’ Doughnuts, Subway and a kick butt dollar store that opens at 8am on it.

Convenient to Forest Hills, where we needed to be and which has no hotels. Clean, in good shape, friendly staff, affordable, breakfast included, fridge and microwave in room.

Room was small, bathroom was freezing (it was a very cold night), breakfast food was not good (but I didn’t expect it to be, it was plentiful and fresh, just not tasty)

It is a nice, clean, very comfortable, and quiet hotel. I have stayed there twice, and it will be my go-to.

The train is a bit of a walk away. I usually drive, so it's not a deal breaker, but if you need to take public transportation, it's not as convenient as other hotels.

Everything was just perfect! The room was very spacious and clean. Towels were changed every day. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. All the staff were really kind and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options (eggs, cereal, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, coffee, tea etc.). The hotel was near supermarket and some of the fast food restaurants. The bus station was near the hotel and the subway station was 10 min away. There was also a shopping mall close to the hotel, 10 min away with the bus. The surrounding area was safe and peaceful.

Very new, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a decent amount of options. Overall the hotel inside and out seemed very well kept.

I had house keeping clean my room once during my stay, and needless to say I was very disappointed. From a very quick overview of the room after it was "cleaned" it all seemed great. But I noticed that the sheets were never changed, the towels neither. They were all just folded back to normal, but nothing was changed out. They also didn't replace my empty tissue box, and the same dirty towels were just placed back into the cubby. The bedsheets were the same ones I slept in the 2 nights prior.

I am very pleased with this hotel. It’s in close proximity to the airport, walking distance from food places as well as the train station which was very convenient. Having complementary breakfast was also very convenient as we didn’t have to worry about going out for breakfast or ordering in. The staff was very professional, they arranged for us to get a cab to go out as well as a cab to go back to the airport, which helped in us having a very hassle free stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.

On booking website it said there was a free airport shuttle. One of the only reasons I booked it. And when we got there the shuttle only went to laguardia not jfk so we had to spend $80 for a ride. Also we had paid for the room on booking and when we got there they charged us again and it took 3 weeks to come off our credit card.

We had a late arrival like 10:30 PM and the staff greeted us with a warm smile and had everything ready for us to make it a fast check in as we were tried from traveling all afternoon in from the Midwest. Patrizia was the front desk attendant, and she was very nice and knowledgably. The hotel was near some fast food locations and it was a very nice 1 night stay.

That the Airport shuttle stopped pick-up at 9:30PM - This is NYC. The Airport shuttle should operate for a last run 11:30 PM. We live in the Midwest and our Airport shuttles last pick-up is midnight daily. The rooms are expensive in NYC and when near the Airport - shuttle should be available late and be offered free.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice with enough storage, the bathroom was spacious. There was a safety deposit and enough sockets for all my items. The breakfast was nice and interesting, always topped up. The restaurant are was spacious and nicely decorated for the festive time. There was storage to store my cases while I was able to make my last day in the city rather than paying for storage.

If I had to knit pick it would be that housekeeping was lacking other than 1 day. The coffee machine didn't seem to work properly and the coffee int he breakfast area didn't seem as strong as I needed it.

I stayed here after a long day of flying early morning from SJC, connecting through DAL, and got to La Guardia late at night. Breakfast had good choices of hot food as well as apples and bananas. I had the cheese omelet and 2 automatically made pancakes, with peanut butter and honey. Room was clean with comfy bed. And I amused myself with the K-cup machine. In the morning, I got a Lyft to the cruise terminal. It's a hotel that gives you what matters most to you, and cuts out the fancy big lobby. People staying here a few days take the subway some 10 min walk away. The airport shuttle also doubled as paratransit in daytime while running between airport and hotel-- you give the hotel a call to summon the shuttle, ask for what color the vehicle is and how it is labeled. I'm just glad I don't drive in this city because the driving layout is a little confusing to me.
