The property was way beyond expectations! Not sure how anyone could say otherwise from some of the reviews I read!We went in mid November. We happened to have beautiful weather. Aall of the shops All of the shops and restaurants were with a quick walking distance. Yet the boutique itself was was quaint and quiet. We felt like we were in our own home. The staff was almost nonexistent but were quickly available to respond to any of our questions. We also visited one of their other properties and the attendant was happy to give is a complete tour to help us with our next booking! However. the location of the boutique is perfect and we probably would want to stay there again on our next visit.

This hotel is a unique find! It is steps away from downtown Skaneateles where you will find awesome restaurants, shopping and parks with amazing views of the lake. The hotel itself is small and offers very clean, comfortable, updated room and bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely on our list for another visit.

The location was absolutely perfect for our one night stay. It was lovely to have morning coffee by the lake. Staff member Pam was extrememly helpful in providing information about where to eat both dinner and breakfast.

The bed! It was very hard and not giving at all for our poor backs. A pillow top mattress pad would be highly recommended to make it more comfortable.

The place was clean very spacious. The staff was pleasant. The location of this place was perfect eight in the middle of everything and walking distance to most.

Only thing is the shower head is only 2 inches wide and the water pressure wasn't that great so taking a shower was a challenge. Besides the hot tub was out of order but all in all this place is Amazing

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Loved the walk in shower. Great location, very close to down town and on a quiet street.

There was a little cigarette smell in the room the 1st day. Likely not the Hotel's fault.

The location and parking could not have been better. Staff was friendly but professional, lots of towels, coffeemaker and fridge great.

The only non-perfect thing was that you can hear your neighbor

The location was perfect , we were able to walk to town. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Only thing was I wish the bed was a little larger , it seemed to be a double size . And we had a sign that said don’t use the jacuzzi after 10 we didn’t get back to our room till then. Kind of defeated the whole idea to relax after the day.

Received multiple texts that provided necessary information. Also received a phone call as well.

Well kept, updated and clean. Great location to village shops and restaurants. This is our Second stay at this hotel.

Located in the heart of the city. Restaurants and shopping all within a short walking distance.
