Holiday Inn Auburn-Finger Lakes Region, an IHG Hotel

I loved how comfortable the room was, the bathroom was a good size, and the bed very comfortable.

I went down for breakfast and afterwards when we were done eating the lady’s from the dining gave me a check when I booked it in with my room through booking.com. It wasn’t serious but I felt really nervous on whether I was suppose to pay or not. Plus I checked in my room really late after 11pm almost midnight due to the time I left my home where I live, plus traveling with a newborn baby and I did call to let them be aware but maybe I could have got a longer stay since I paid over 200 dollars and wasn’t there a full night.

The inside pool in the atrium is nice and we really enjoyed it with my toddler to relax and play after the day visiting and hiking. The breakfast for $5 per person was pretty good with a few choices of most common food for breakfast (crambled eggs, home fries, bacon, pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruits, bread, etc)

The pool is supposed to closed at 8pm and the atrium should be a quiet zone after 9pm. However, for our last night, there were people playing, screaming and shouting in the pool / atrium until 12:30am. The rooms are located around and above the atrium and it was super noisy because there is a lot of echo and the sound insulation is not the best one.

The staff was exceptional and loved the evening attendant who was the BEST attention to detail and provided unbelievable courtesy to us arriving late. Highly recommend the breakfast service and the wonderful service provided the waitress who gave us and the whole restaurant incredible Family-like service. Highly recommend the hotel and compliments to the Management Staff for their customer service training.

breakfast was good and fairly priced. Location was a bit tricky.

I was quoted $338 for 2 nights. They did not have a first floor room when I arrived. After getting the manager they found a room but at checkout the price was $358. I just paid it. They did give me a breakfast voucher because I had to wait a half hour to get the room. Still a bit sloppy.

Breakfast was good.

The outside door where our room was located would not open with our room key. We have trouble walking and we reported the problem to the desk staff, but on the next day it still would not open. We are in our 80s and need the outside door near our room and car.

the hotel is beautiful as well as the location. Best part was Nikole Chase Front office manager on duty that got us set up after booking at Day Inn and canceling that as was disgusting.

We had a wonderful time! Our kids were happy. We were able to get in the pool for a total of 2 hours, which was why we came to stay there. You have to sign up in hour increments, first come first serve, 2 parties at a time and up to 10 people total. It was worth it to see the smiles and excitement of our kids, 4 and 7. The staff was amazing! Front desk employees were cheerful and knowledgeable. Housekeeping staff and the Burger Theory waitress were very friendly also. I’m not sure what’s going on with the people saying it smelled like smoke but we didn’t smell it at all. Only thing we smelled was the pool water, which I love. Highly recommend and will stay again!

The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean.

Both beds in the room were damaged, not properly set up. One mattress was on a frame too small, so would almost flip over when only one person was on the bed. The other had a dip in one side so deep. It was very uncomfortable. A random person also sat right outside the entrance all night blaring music from their car. We were on the 2nd floor but located right above the entrance. We were unable to sleep or get in contact with staff.

Double room was a little crowded with our bags. Room was very clean.

2 Queen beds were a bit crowded with our luggage. Breakfast for $15.99 for each person was expensive so we ate outside. They should have given us breakfast for a lesser price.

entire facility seemed updated and new. free fruit and ice water at check in, new bedding and room decor, excellent toiletries? water pressure, elevator placement to parking lot handy, amazing pool. this is my favorite hotel
