Comfy room. Loved having a restaurant in the l. Easy parking. Quiet. I loved the bath robes and black out curtains.

Coffee spots were on the hall floor upon arrival and were still there 2 days later. The surface was sticky. Fine dining isn't available until the weekend as well as the music. There were no brochures for things to do in the area. I googled everything. The breakfast was very expensive and I think they used powdered eggs. The casino was very cold. We were charged a "resort fee" although there was nothing available to be called a resort. No pool. No gym. A casino if you gambled but that pays for itself.

Room was a great stay. Very spacious. Close to the highway so it was easy to access other areas around the resort. Great food options as well.

Front staff at night (after 10pm) could have been a little more helpful at check in. Was not able to find a luggage cart so we had to carry everything up in multiple trips. When asked where the elevator was due to no signs, he just pointed down the hall towards the casino.

Convenient as it is just down the road from my house. We lose power a lot and NYSEG gives days as estimated restoration times so that is how we ended up getting a room at Del Lago.

The toilet was continuously running when we entered the room. The layout of the room and bathroom is great so you didn’t really hear it while in bed. But the wasting of water got to me so I fixed it myself. Housekeeping should have had it addressed though.

Absolutely EVERYTHING!!!! Very clean, very friendly staff, attentive housekeeping…..

The only thing I would add is a pool and hot tub, I realize the hotel obviously has a casino (for adults) and the pool was probably not put in this hotel for that very reason (which attracts families with small children) but it would make the entire property perfect!

We came to see the ABBA show. We had dinner at Portico, which was excellent! The room was absolutely beautiful and we had breakfast as part of our package the next morning. I only had one person on the staff that was rude and that was the young gentleman at the desk when I checked out. He acted like he’d rather be somewhere else, but it certainly did not ruin our trip. We are planning to come for another stay and play package and this time both of us will get massages. Thank you.

The room that we had booked exceeded expectations! The bathroom was huge! The check-in people were amazing and so incredibly helpful! The room was so clean and I felt comfortable in my own skin. The bed was also huge! Coming back to my house, was disappointing compared to the bed at home!

I would've really appreciated to let us know that there would be extra fees that were not told to us while booking the room. I would've had no problem but when you are a parent, you budget down to the dollar and when you aren't told of surprise fees, then it makes the vacation more stressful than it needs to be.

1. Table limits were too high, especially since there were not alot of people. Not enough of the same game tables, ie: Let it Ride. Just my suggestion and observation, some people were walking around who looked like they wanted to play the tables, but limits too high. $6.00 for a 16oz can of beer is way too much, just saying. Don't know what the price of a mixed drink is, since I did not have one. Another observation, the people standing at the entrance near the Sociale club need a stool or a chair during their shift, there's no reason why they can't sit .............. Please get the buffet up and running, it used to be the best one around, even better than the Stone....

Little things were not available in the room. The tablet did not work so I couldn't use it to order room service. There was no housekeeping sign for the door. I stayed there 3 days and nobody came to make the bed or empty the trash. No cream for the coffee. The shower needed a good scrub. I was able wipe mold off the tile. I switched to a different room on the 4th day and even though it was the exact same style of room, it was much cleaner and all the little extras were there.

Cafe was supposed to be open until 10pm but at 9:10 I walked in to see it closed and staff cleaning. The plug in hub in the middle nightstand was dead, thankfully I travel with extension cord for my cap so i could connect to a wall outlet. I walked thru casino to find dinner no room service all restaurants closed except food court. And casino seemed like all machines...no poker, roulette etc

Everything was clean and we had tons of extra pillows. They also offer room service.

One of their elevatora was down so we had to wait a while to leave. They did not put enough creamers in our room and 2 of the ones they did had gone bad. So unfortunately my husband didn't get coffee.
