We pulled into the parking lot and saw not a single car... we weren't sure whether they were even open. Once we got into the lobby, the clerk was pleasant, we had an easy check-in, and clerk was helpful with restaurant suggestions. We liked the location, comfy beds, and other than another guest that walked with heavy steps above us, it was quiet. I'm still rating this property relatively high only because it was clean. Note that they do not have any rooms with king beds... this isn't something I like, but it's not necessarily a negative... just a "be aware".

Baseboards were missing in the hallway. We assume they're working on improvements. The continental breakfast was severely lacking. One apple, no bananas, no juice. Bread was in bags that had to be reached into (not sanitary). I didn't bother with the bread anyway as the bags I saw were empty. I didn't see any yogurt and the milk was in a jug and not individual containers. The sink was clogged in our room. It would drain but very slowly. Upon checkout, we got a luggage cart and my husband was having trouble steering it... it had a flat tire. Wireless was slow. Had to use my phone as a mobile hot spot to watch a movie on TV using an app that was provided by the hotel. Lighting in the room was not great. Overall light across both beds... unable to have just a light for my side.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The room was a little outdated but I'm only staying there a few days. I'm not moving in so it was okay. The beds were okay, not as comfortable as I would preferer but it got me through the night. The Location was good being that it was near stores and restaurants within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. I would stay again .

Convenient and inexpensive place to stay near Seneca Falls. Dog friendly with no upper weight limit. Bed and bath linens were clean and comfortable. Grab and go breakfast was included. The window seat was a nice place to sit and read or work on a laptop. There were plenty of places to plug in to charge electronic devices for 4 people.

There one light above both beds, so either all were on or all off. The rug seemed vacuumed, but not shampooed. There were some stains in the hallway rugs. The beds seemed old and not very “springy”— but we still were able to sleep comfortably. No fridge or microwave in the room. No pool or exercise room.

The rooms were awesome, they were big and there was a nice, cute place so you can sit in the window. The beds were awesome and there is great climate control. The breakfast is very simple but free and just enough and the location is fine ;) close to a lot of sightseeing things

The staff was not unfriendly at all, they were nice, but they could have been a bit warmer maybe. Some fruit at the breakfast would have been nice, but no big dislikes 🌞

The property was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. It was also close to all the attractions we were interested in. They welcomed our small dog with no hesitation which was wonderful because she travels with us.

The only things that disappointed us was that every room didn’t have a microwave and refrigerator. And there wasn’t a comfortable chair in the room. Sometimes you want a soft chair to sit in, not a kitchen type chair.

Staff friendly & helpful.

For a place that looked so clean & newly renovated from the outside, it was almost a shock on the inside - a bit under parr with the indoor decor, finishes, bathroom - needs more care in planning. Breakfasts have become rather sad.

Room was clean and comfortable. The padded window seating would be fun for reading.

Breakfast was cereal, toast, yogurt, and whole fruit. It was fine, but nothing special. Cold beverages were very small.

Loved our room, clean, spacious, microwave and good working fridge. Great location. Loved the window seat in our room. For us breakfast was adequate—bagels, yogurt, cereal and juice, granola bars.

Breakfast was poor with no vegetarian varieties except Bread and Butter.Bread was stale and with Moss

Agood breakfast should have been provided to make the stay more memorable

The room good and large, it was clean and useful. The room price is cheap so, I think we got what we paid for. Breakfast is grab and go, it can be something to start the day not more....

This hotel is not new and it could use some work on the public area.
