The room was very clean. I had an issue and requested a room change, It was done promptly and in a very friendly manner. I enjoyed my stay...had gluten-free pancakes at IHOP which is on the premises. It was quiet and everyone was very helpful. I had no issues getting from the airport and to the airport...very close. All in all a very good experience, I was stuck at the airport and was lucky to get this room.
I really don't have anything negative to say.

Everything except the exterior and the location.
This is such a contradiction. The hotel is seconds from the interstate. The room was clean, well designed, and furnished. Front desk staff was efficient. Security guard on site. The hotel is easy to see from the street. Parking is free. Right behind an excellent IHOP. But the neighborhood is awful. Lots of street people and noise late into the night. Scary stuff.

I didn't like that there was a lot of night walkers out and also I left two packs of pens there and called to let the person at the front desk know and he was very rude.

The beds were super clean and comfortable, clean white sheets pillows cases, towels and washcloths. Clean bathroom, microwave, mini fridge ETC! I would stay here again.
The location and the fact that I paid for breakfast being included and didn’t receive that.
