the shower was nice that’s pretty much all.

it was in the HOOD , drug dealers, prostitutes everywhere. our room had ALOT of stains. the house keeper did not change the sheets on the road. i honestly feel like she just made the bed nothing was changed at all.

It was OK. The woman at the front desk promptly changed my room upon informing her that the TV wasn't working properly. Bed was soft. Was pretty quiet.

I found it very odd that no drinking water was provided in the room despite the presence of a coffee maker. Are people supposed to bring their own water? Would be very nice and, well, much more "normal," if at least a couple bottles of water were put in the fridge for customers to drink after arrival, etc. Also the shuttle was late picking us up due to an accident. Although understandable, such issues should be communicated to customers ASAP, instead of forcing them to figure it out on their own.

Absolutely everything was excellent!!!! Even more so than that, my son flew for thev1st time from Oregon to meet me, his dad and my wife to JAX Airport however we missed our connecting flight from Charlotte to JAX and could not get to JAX. It was midnight and my son was stranded at the airport! He could not rent a car because he was under 25. He did not have enough money for a different hotel and our room was reserved but not paid. Kendrick said by phone to me he would get my son with their shuttle and we can square up the bill when we got to hotel the next day and that's exactly what he did! My son was able to get to this hotel safely and got into our room. Not only is this an amazing hotel but what friggin price can you put on this staff??? A+++++++++

Shower & modern bathroom were great- hot water (after first night) + pressure. Replenished towels, no smoking odors * morning staff, cheery/friendly * liked Bistro (good staff) on sight since close restaurants were ??

no regular coffee k-cups in room and lobby complimentary coffee was not good, thus the offering of “gourmet” coffee at $3/cup. Found hair on bed sheets and pillows had a used smell *Check-in /evening staff although efficient seemed bored with role and inhospitable Bistro food only fair

The staff friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet. No noise at all. I appreciate the ice water in the lobby.

No one ever cleaned the fitness center. The same cup was sitting on the towel disposal area the four days I used the center. There were no towels in the center. The room was not sanitize and appeared rush cleaned from the previous occupant

10 min by foot from the tram station to downtown charlotte.. Rooms ewly renovated. Airport shuttle workd very well for us! Room nice and newly renovated. Ideal for a night or two! Airport shuttle worked really well!!!!

The 10 mins walk to the tram is not that assuring. i would not do it late at night. Air Con a little noisy but ok: Positive: hotel is a backdrop from the road so that is quiet.

Really had nothing to do with the property, pricing for the hotel was much cheaper on other sites, but I use this site because I had money in my wallet on booking.com which brought the price down to the same as the other sites, which was half your booking rate

I thought that for a Radisson hotel, it was really unattractive, but everything was fine. I would return the next time I have to stay over at the Charlotte Airport. The restaurant was limited but actually everything tasted good.

It could have been a far more attractive building and because it shares a ;building with two other chains, it was a long walk (but good exercise) to get to the restaurant.

you should put a list of channel numbers for free and local TV stations. we were just planning to watch football all day and night but at first we could only find channels that we would have to pay for. I found the same exact game on 3 separate channels, 1 free and 2 pay. once we made a list of our own channels we were able to get them by entering the numbers. we still really enjoyed our stay though
