Breakfast was very good. Shower was very powerful and hot.

Pillows were not the best and the AC didn't work very well. Parking not included in rate of room either.

When we checked in there was a chair in the room that had most of the leather stripped off of it it was quite worn however when we got back to the room after we were out for 6 hours the chair was missing so I was not happy that someone had entered our room to take it out my best guess is that since it was the room at the end of the hallway that perhaps the service help or the cleaning crew may have been using that room as a break room. I did call down to the front desk and someone brought back a chair from one of the conference rooms so at least my husband had a chair to sit in.

The breakfast was like an added bonus. the cleanliness of the establishment was great; the location made us want to just walk downtown; we will do that on our next stay at this hotel!

The charge 25.00 a day for parking and having to use a ticket every time you go in and out. But I do understand since it is down town and if it were open, everyone would park there and hotels are for-profit. :-) you gotta make money! For the hotel it is, it's a small price to pay to have everything else at your fingertips.

The staff was phenomenal. Great breakfast, I would eat it any day of the week. The atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The lady at the bar was great with recommending drink choices.

Unfortunately my bathroom had left behind hair in it. I didn’t have enough towels/wash clothes to accommodate myself and husband. I had to ask for more. Also the hotel charged hidden fees which was refunded later, but would’ve been nice to know upfront.

Location is great except that you can only get in from one side of the road. Sometimes had to circle around the block to get to the entrance, but it was not difficult or too time consuming. Parking was paid, but had in and out privileges that were easy to use. Hotel bar and restaurant have great variety and quality food and drink. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Charlotte!

It was very clean and nice room , nice people. I great place to stay , BUT>>>>>if you wanted to sleep

Hotel was nice , but the outside you could not sleep. Across from hotel is the Fast and Furious. Staring at 10 pm and going till 3 am every night. Cars doing Donuts and LOT and Lots of engine noise. with a game in the middle of with loud music.

Nice amenities, clean room location was great - free parking. Decent view - small balcony to enjoy. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Hallway carpets could use a good cleaning, had to walk through the lobby to get to the pool area. Front desk staff were ok, but not overly friendly or helpful.

Super clean, staff was incredibly sweet and helpful!! the two men that helped check me in were fantastic (esp the one with the painted nails, loved him! very funny) and the lady with the glitter (she’s such a sweetie, so lovely and hilarious!!!!). I wish I had time to hit the pool, but maybe next time!

Entering the parking garage was a bit confusing at first as there are multiple different street entrances/exits, but that was more of a GPS issue than a hotel issue. Apple/Google maps had a hard time figuring out where I should enter/exit the parking deck.

Loved breakfast. I haven’t had grits in so long and they were made so well. All the staff was so kind, patient, and attentive. I had a great stay!

Well.. one thing. When I initially turned on the bathroom faucet in room 323, it was dark brown. Really… dark. I let it run for maybe 2 minutes and it got better. I can understand why, I didn’t freak out. However, I could see why someone else would if that happened to them

We have stayed here numerous times for swim meets and the rooms and facilities are always clean and comfortable. Check in/check out was quick and easy. Love that we are easily able to walk to the aquatic center and other downtown Charlotte locations.

Wish there wasn't a parking fee for the attached garage or that the fee was lower for hotel guests.
