During check in we ran into a small problem but Mrs.Tasha took care of everything in a matter of seconds. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Tasha was welcoming, patient and answered all of our questions and concerns.

Everything exceeded expectations. I will definitely be booking again and recommending this hotel to all of my friends and family.

the room was clean, quiet, and spacious. the kitchen amenities were far more than what we imagined. having a full size fridge and dishwasher and kitchenware allowed for a more comfortable stay. the staff were courteous and gave us the 20th floor with a city view as we requested. parking was not an issue and close to restaurants. loved the rooftop bar!

the wait for an elevator at checkout was a little bit of a wait. wished the pillows were a little more firm. also would have liked a better option for ice than it being individually wrapped for guests to take. would’ve have been more convenient for us to have an ice bucket to get our desired amount vs. small prepackaged Ice in ziplock bags. overall our stay was great, these were just some opportunities we noticed during our stay.

The location was excellent! I really enjoyed staying in uptown and having access to various shops, restaurants etc. I also liked how courteous and helpful the staff was.

I didn’t like the fact that only one elevator was working when it was time for me to checkout. It was on a Sunday when lots of people were leaving. The wait time was long but I was patient. I also didn’t like how the bathroom sink wasn’t working properly at times.

The variety of the breakfast bar was very good. We were there with family 3 nights and ate at the breakfast bar each morning. The upgrade of our room on check-in was a nice surprise. Room was spacious with great views of the city.

We were asked on check-in if we'd like our room serviced every other day but no one ever came in.

I love the professionalism and ability to accommodate out request with such an amazing willingness! We were young black girls and we are used to places treating us poorly because they feel as though we don't have the money and this place made us feel appreciated and respected!

Outstanding staff very friendly and customer service oriented. Sadly many of the other vendors close by were closed so finding food etc. was slightly difficult but the hotel itself, 5 stars for sure.

Limited dining and accommodations from other vendors. Not much the hotel can do about that but would have been nice to have a variety instead of the limited choices.

Staff was courteous. Location was central within walking distance from children's activities.

The TV did not work. The coffee machine was non-functional. There were no additional sheets for the sofa bed - we had to call the front desk and ask for it. No lotion included in the toiletries.

We stayed here to go to the Spring Fest Concert, the staff was awesome, the facility is beautiful, Breakfast was good and hot.... The bed would make you want to purchase it... I had the best sleep ever. We are already planning to come back just to stay at the hotel.... 5 stars nothing less. Oh, the shower will make you so relaxed and sleepy instantly. Please check them out. I guarantee you will be extremely pleased....

Everything!! The location, entire property and staff!

I didn’t like that during check in, I was encouraged to visit the rooftop but when tried to do so, I couldn’t get in. The staff member failed to inform me that I had to register first. I was highly disappointed!

I HAD A GREAT STAY! THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE HOTELS. IT IS SUPER SAFE, NO KEY CARD..YOU WILL NOT GET TO A ROOM! I LOVE IT!

I Paid twice for parking. They don't have Valet at the moment.
