I was late arriving (after midnight) but nevertheless the staff made sure I was warmly greeted and got what I needed for a comfortable nights rest. 5 star service.

The rate of $235 was a little much, considering I only ended up there as a last-minute booking because of an issue at my preferred accommodation. The room would have been vacant contributing zero revenue, so it could have been priced a little lower.

The hotel was beautiful, well appointed, clean, and in the perfect location for us. Many guests were attending the NFL game, but we went to the Farmer's Market on Saturday and the NASCAR Hall of Fame which were both across the street in 2 different directions. Breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious and had something for everyone. The parking garage was easy to navigate and the elevators were very responsive. Every staff person we came in contact with was very courteous and helpful. The view from our window at night was gorgeous with several buildings remembering 9/11

Our server, Angelina, in the hotel restaurant was efficient, friendly and very pleasant to be around. She didn't hover over us but appeared whenever we might need service.

The front desk did not enforce the hotel's mask requirement for all public spaces and allowed guests to go unmasked without requesting they mask up. The water pressure must have been HIGH because when the toilet was flushed or the shower engaged the noise of water passing through the pipes was almost ear shattering! I'm sure that guests in adjoining rooms would always know when other guests were using the shower or flushing the toilet.

Hotel is in an excellent location downtown, with easy parking. The room was very clean and spacious

I wasn't aware that the reception area was being rebuilt and was a construction site. This meant breakfast was served in boxes. It was a good breakfast despite the circumstances.

Everything was worked in our room good , I was nervous being that there’s was construction outside and read reviews about it being loud . But I didn’t have any problems with the noise . I didn’t eat breakfast there but did see it was 14.99.

Have no complaints

My room on the 11th floor with a view of the Nascar Hall of Fame right out my window was a serious bonus. I wish the breakfast would have been included considering the high price of the room but it was excellent and I was happy to pay.

Not nearly enough parking that was a major issue when I returned from a show at the Fillmore my reason for going to Charlotte.

The hotel is located in a good area, and it was clean for the most part

The carpet had a smell that aggravated my sinuses and breakfast was not included with my stay. I was informed I had to pay a $14 extra charge to eat breakfast.

The front desk staff were so lovely! And my room was very spacious and comfortable. I appreciated being able to make microwave popcorn in my room :) The location was great as well. It was close to the convention center and lots of food options. I really enjoyed my stay!

Convenient to Novant Cancer Center. Food was good.

Wish parking was included. Looking forward to seeing reno!
