The attentiveness and hospitality of the staff was top notch. I was equally pleased by the friendliness of the staff at the Trade Restaurant they were so warm and comforting, asking our names, pulling out chairs, and making us feel important. The accommodations were comfy and attractive with a great view of the city. I wish I could have stayed a few days longer! Thank you to everyone at the Omni Charlotte!

I have a couple of suggestions. First, some more hooks to hang clothes or perhaps a handbag and towels in the bathroom. Second, for the cost of stay per night, maybe an extra ply on the bath tissue, or even a ripple?

I enjoyed the location and the beautiful view of the city. Valet parking so I didn’t have to worry about parking my car and keeping up with the keys. I like the fact that you have to use your key card in order to use the elevator (makes me feel safe knowing that everyone does not have access to the hotel). The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a great experience. The hotel was very nice and clean.

I can’t say that I disliked anything about this property. I was highly satisfied.

First Impressions are everything and we were blown away at first sight. The smiles that meet you at the door were so warm and welcoming. I would like to Personally thank Clarissa at the Front desk. She made our experience in Charlotte a better one with recommendations and her being knowledgeable about surrounding area activities. She’s fast, effective, superb with her multitasking skills. When it comes to customer service she’s the best I’ve had anywhere so far. She was a pleasure and joy to converse with. I knew nothing about the Omni Loyalty Program but she’s the reason I signed up and your staff is the reason I will be returning.

I liked the accessibility to the restaurants, museums, other entertainment venues and shops in walking distance of the hotel. We did not have to get in our car to go anywhere during our stay. The room was nice and the pillows were soft and comfortable and the bed was comfortable as well. Overall our stay and accommodations were nice and worth returning in the future even though the room rates were pricey and especially the weekend rate was the most pricey.

I didn't like the fact that the water in the shower barely got hot.

We got a bigger room and it was great. The hotel was gorgeous, but what made me really enjoy my stay was the staff. Every single employee I interacted with for what ever reason was incredibly friendly and helpful. 10/10

Only thing I didn’t love was the valet parking. It was fine and the staff was nice I just don’t like valet parking and wish there was a self park option.

It was fine, room had a good view. The bed was in a good position and I loved the design and details of the room. We will be back . My fiancée enjoyed his birthday dinner and stay.

One of the elevators wasn’t working properly and maybe it could have been labeled, so there wouldn’t be confusion and if elevators had air conditioning kind of hot and stuffy in there.

The location was close to all of our interests. Valet parking. Clean, decor, comfortable beds.

Everything was a bit pricey- food and drinks. The bar closed at 11:00. The mirrors fogged up in the bathroom because there didn’t seem to be any exhaust vents. The lighting in the shower wasn’t very bright. The bathroom door handle was very loose.

$45.00 per day was ridiculous for parking!! We had no idea that we had to pay that when making the reservation. Bathroom lighting is horrible. Husband couldn't see to shave and I couldn't see to apply makeup. No clock in room. No pop machines on floors and couldn't buy a coke at front desk. Water in shower just warm.

The people were great! The entire valet crew were helpful and jovial. Check in was fast. They were attentive to details and still efficient. The roof top vibe (even after a rainstorm) was great too. The bartender was awesome!

I guess I was expecting a little bigger room and a less lumpy bed. The bed actually felt used if that makes sense. No huge deal but something that I will remember when making a choice in the future.
