Nothing because everything was on point

We checked in with our dog and were assigned to the pet floor, while we could hear other dogs very faintly in the hallway, we couldn't hear any other animals in our room. Our room was in an L shape and the TV was mounted on an adjustable arm allowing you to watch TV from anywhere in the room except for the bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked and had a nice apartment feel to it. Finally the location is a short walk from a handful of places to walk dogs and not far from a fair number of restaurants, including a neat retro styled diner across the street!

We had finished checking in and were half way to the elevator when we were informed they had assigned us to the wrong floor, we had to wait for them to reassign our rooms and reissue the keys. Additionally, the room was difficult to open, I'm unsure if it is related to the above but it took multiple attempts to get the key cards to open the doors each time we entered.

Staff were the best!!!! Exceptionally clean room great breakfast every morning staff will help with anything you need!!!

Small pool area which was in a spot where there is no sun at all which if we had known that we would have booked somewhere else as the pool is the main reason why we pick our hotels but apart from that the place was terrific staff were all amazing

Everything! I can't believe I've never heard of this hotel before Booking.com gave me a deal on the high rise. The reviews are true- after I read them and experienced them for myself. Service is excellent! From the Valet to Check-in, the Bartender and the maid service. It's was a chilly cold rain when we arrived and the Valet was soo fast getting to us and attentive! FYI, the elevators truly are super fast. We also didn't mind the early bar hours- (our room had a full size fridge and kitchenette with a flat top stove- utensils and cookware) we were perfectly happy with the bar menu (which was reasonably priced!) cheese pizza and wings after the NBA game. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious!! I love the hotel lobby atmosphere - it was chic, modern and inviting. The place was absolutely spotless.

The Epicentre was closed at the time- (recently bought out by investors- and construction across the street) had nothing to do with the Hotel- nor did it have any affect on my stay.

Ok the room was impeccable. I really don’t know how they keep them so clean. I was trying to not make a mess because ,wow, they really work hard. Also, the location… omg. I love The Spectrum Center and I love that the Hyatt House is literally touching it almost I think. Lol. Wow I just want to say I love this city too. Charlotte was amazing. I can’t wait until the next Pop Punk/Rap show I can attend there!!! I would love to stay at the Hyatt again someday 😀

The location was perfect, we had an event at the Spectrum Center so it was walking distance. The check in and check out was flawless. I loved it.. very easy transaction. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

Breakfast, I was not impressed. We barely got eggs, and there was a lot cereal options for kids, that is OK for people traveling with kids but for adults, the choices were very limited. For the extra amount I paid to have breakfast included, it was not worth, my boyfriend didn't even get to have eggs, and the sausages were dry. We ending checking out earlier and went out to eat breakfast. For me particularly, breakfast is very important and one of my favorite meals of the day.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the staff was excellent on making sure it stayed cleaned and stocked. The staff went out of their way to make sure my fiancé had a special welcome for his birthday. The staff was ammmaazzziiinngggg. The location is perfect we barely had to drive anywhere.

The valet system could use a little improvement but given what they had to work with they did their best and we appreciate it

We absolutely loved the location! The staff were all friendly & helpful! The breakfast was good and started our morning off right! The valet parking was worth it because once we got to the Hyatt, we walked around wonderful downtown Charlotte-taking a right turn and walk up 2 blocks to Tryon St.; that's where the museums and restaurants are! The Spectrum Center is 1/2 block too!

Well, it's not like we didn't understand, but waiting on our car to leave was a good, long wait. Lots of concert-goers decided to all leave for home around 10 a.m. too. The Valet attendants were working hard and the sweet female attendant was fast running to get the cars. She deserves a raise 👏

great location, very clean, good bed and pillows. everything you want really. gym and pool as well and breakfast. would recommend red eye diner nearby. amazing and cheep! and the room almost has a kitchen, (no oven).

gym was small and mostly cardio stuff. pool is a bit small. breakfast was decent but no pastries or croissants but not the end of the world.

The breakfast was excellent, and the wings are on point. The drinks were very good, and the valet was very attentive when handling your vehicle.

Everything was great!! I wouldn’t recommend changing anything.
