Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte, Autograph Collection

Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved having a Starbucks in the building. The bathrooms were really large and we liked the bath products. We had a beautiful view of a church/park and the city from our room. We were able to walk to our event at the convention center and found plenty to do within a few blocks of the hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay.

We were a bit shocked at check-in when the price they held on our rad was $500 more than our Booking.com price. In the end we were only charged the Booking.com price but it was shocking. They had iced lemon water in the lobby the first two days we were there but not the last two which was disappointing. Didn’t love the fee to tip the Valet digitally took a $5 tip to $7.50

The location was good and the staff was exceptional. It was close to the Spectrum arena and the public transit center. The rail was a 10 minute and was in walking distance to some of the attractions. And it was on main bus routes.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged more than what Booking.com told me. I was charged an extra $300. I still enjoyed myself though. I suggest for what is charged there ought to be microwaves in the room on top of the fridge.

The location of the hotel is AWESOME! You're right in the middle of everything! Loved being with in walking distance of the Spectrum Center, and because I'm a big football guy and PANTHERS FAN!!! The Bank of America Stadium was close as well. My wife is a city girl so Charlotte works out for us! THANKS QUEEN CITY!!!!

The WEATHER could have been better. LOL IT's NC AT IT FINEST!! Hot Cold!! Well you have to love it! Nothing bad to say about the hotel the restaurant was Good as well.

the hotel charge you an additional $200 a night for your stay. I didn’t know this until I checked in and I was charged an additional $800 for 4 days (Fri-Mon). I ended up not stayed the compete 4 days due to this and they haven’t sent me my money back yet and today is (Wednesday)!!!! The hotel also charges $40 a day for parking.

I liked the decor of the room. Never being in Charlotte, I enjoyed the view from my room. I also liked that the hotel was located near my venue and place to eat within walking distance.

I didn't like that there wasn't a space where there might be a vending machine of some kind when you get out the stadium late and everything is closed. That would have been nice. I also wasn't pleased to get a handicapped room as I did get there early. I would have been very upset if someone would have been turned away because I was in that room.

the esthetics are fabulous

I’m not convinced the cleaning is 100%. I found dirty socks in the closet my first day there, the staff came up right away, removed them and wiped down the closet. I upgraded to a suite the next day and saw greasy footprints on the tile floor, those footprints remained my entire stay. 🤔

The Hotels.com is beautiful and is located in a great spot in Charlotte night scene area. The room was clean and in order it was overall a great stay and I definitely keep this hotel as a hotel to book with in future.

The valet parking only because I wasn't able to freely go to my car the car had to be brought to me and paying for parking at a place I just paid for the room :/ but I can understand the convenience of having valet parking

Rooms were nice, great space, the bed wasn't the most comfortable but everybody has different preferences on level of softness or firmness. The mattress or the sheets just seemed to not breathe very much, held in a lot of heat. The Staff was great all very polite, friendly & helpful.

Everything was good, highly recommend this establishment.

Everything was Great!! I love the fact that u need a room key card to ride the elevators!

The only thing is there is no parking being that it's downtown. U have to pay anywhere u park. If u use hotel parking it's valet $40 daily. The valet workers are awsome tho!! They work hard!

The location is great, the decor is very eclectic and fun but not over the top and the room was a nice size with plenty of nice tech features like built in USB ports and electronic curtains.

The view from the room was just the wall of the next building, it took three contacts with the front desk to get a crib in the room and I wish they had a pool.
