My husband was the only one to go down to eat. He said he liked it. When we were leaving I went over to check it out but saw nothing I wanted to try. A wrapped cream cheese roll or some chocolate or powdered doughnuts would be nice along with some chocolate milk maybe.

I saw no place else I could put this and I’m hoping it will be seen here. When we stayed here on our last trip we paid extra for bonus rewards and never received them. The girl that checked us out had a problem with billing but when she got it straightened out she assured me we had received the paid for points. I see now we did not. What can be done about this?

When I booked it said we could check in at 3:00. But through the hotel it was 4:00 pm. Well I had surgery so it was working out for us to check in by 3:00 pm. The front desk lady had them go ahead and get our room ready we had to wait a little bit. But it was greatly appreciated by me and my husband. I’m sorry I don’t know the very kind lady that did this for me due to I was still not with it due to procedure. But a big thanks to her. She also may sure I was ground level due to I couldn’t walk very far.

If I had to pick something it would have been road noise. But they have no control over this issue

Location to my event was perfect an I contacted your location with a requesting if possible to check-in earlier to relax alittle bit before attending my event at 2pm. Give your staff praises and much appreciation for accommodating my request.

I pull in off the highway and immediately noticed that there was no directional arrows indicating traffic flow and I noticed that while the hvac unit was running it had alot of vibration.

Front desk staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. Staff kept area stocked and were constantly wiping down and keeping the area clean.

A little noisy (they were under renovations and this location is right next to the highway).

it was peaceful and everything was clean.

The only issue I had was the general manager had a very nasty attitude upon arrival. the other young lady was extremely nice that checked me up but the general manager micromanaged everything the young lady did. I understand we all have bad days but when you work in a place that requires customer service, I expect great attitude. outside of that, the property was wonderful!

The staff was amazing. Incredible nice and helpful, and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves. It made me and my partner feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable.

It was just a little loud in the mornings. That's literally the only bad thing I have to say though.

Almost everything, the desk people were wonderful as were the breakfast people. Would stay again.

FixWhen I booked they said pool had a pump problem but should be fixed by time we arrived. Well it was fixed but not open do to a inspection problem. There were a lot of children disappointed and ors was among them.

The Property took care of me I booked through booking.com and was told because it was 3rd party the reason my 2full beds went 1 king I was disappointed I booked 3 months in advance and my room was taken

The renovation work they have done has turned out pretty good. The breakfast was really good.

I didn't like the fact that the renovation wasn't completely done.

The ladies at the front desk and running the breakfast area, were wonderful!! Very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had many options to choose from and was yummy! This is the first hotel I have ever stayed that had skim milk ( you cant find skim milk in hotels in the south or west coast). The beds were super comfy. I would stay here again if i ever come back this way.
