I always stay here when I visit Winston-Salem. I ALWAYS have issues with the house keepers . This particular time we had already got a note under the door saying the do not disturb sign was up so if we needed house keeping to call downstairs. We were sleeping and I woke up to the door open when I said something she decided to close the door and then knock. She was already in our room before she left out . If you already had the note under the door why did you come back and then just walk in ? If someone is on the roster to stay the weekend and the do not disturb sign is up leave me alone. Then on the morning of check out ,if check out time is 11am why are you knocking on the door a 9am? I know what time I need to get out.

I did not utilize the breakfast. We had specific breakfast plans so i cannot speak to this. The beds were comfortable, the room size was good and the sheets were amazing. Id like a set of the sheets fit my home!

Front desk attention and the attendant to be a little more helpful. The attendant at check in did not ask if we were part of the rewards program and when i questioned her about the program she did not offer any information, but told me to go to the website. My friend had to enter our stay to our account with information from the paper receipt that i had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to print for me when we checked out.

Location was good and breakfast was nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The floor lamp did not function and overall the room lighting was dim and poorly dispersed, though the lighting at the bedside was great. Also, when the bathrooms were upgraded the new floor created an uneven lip at the entrance to the bathroom which is uncomfortable when you step on it and otherwise presents a trip hazard.

Breakfast was very consistent, food always fresh. People were friendly. Easy to find, great location. With the exception of one desk clerk, the staff was super friendly. The cleaning staff were also pretty prompt.

One desk clerk got mouthy at my wife over drinks at the counter, though he was the only one who was cranky, the rest were pretty friendly. Also, even though our room was very clean, there was a lingering smell, like body odor, it literally smelled like a gym locker room.

The breakfast was very Nice. Tammy did a great job keeping everything in order. The coffee was nice and hot and the sausage patty was very tasty. The eggs were interesting. I thought they would be scrambled but they were like "hard fried" but a tee tee bit different. I enjoyed the outside seating for breakfast... very nice. The male receptionist that greeted us was very congenial. He helped me maneuver the baggage cart into the elevator.

The fitness center needs a re-look. The fitness center was more like a fitness "room". Let's get to work and enlarge the fitness center and add more treadmills and elliptical trainers ! (Facilities) I would also "upgrade" the 2 elevators... they seemed a little slow... overall they did what they were supposed to do and transport the customers to their floor. (Facilities)

I do not have an opinion about the breakfast considering I do not eat meat. I normally just grab a banana and some grits. but the bar is always set up nice and clean and tempting

Nice hotel. Could use a little updating but overall, a very good stay. Nice employees. Safe area. Well-lit parking lot.

The gym was pretty pathetic. No weights at all, and very tiny. Breakfast was basic with no frills. I could hear people/doors shut/ etc outside my room at night, so it's not the most insulated regarding sound. On the second day of my stay, my room cards suddenly stopped working. I was told the woman who checked me in didn't know how to get them set electronically for more than one day.

The property was very nice with clean rooms abs comfortable beds. The front desk workers were great.

The breakfast times are not very accommodating. We walked down at 9:10, well because we are on vacation and wanted to sleep in a bit. We were told by the attendant “please hurry, breakfast ended at 9”. So we just walked out.

Staff was very friendly and it was a great value to accommodate our family of five. Wish their was more places that have the second room to accommodate a family of five without needing to rent a second room. Beds were super comfy

Nothing really, only stayed 1 day but it was a comfortable one

It was clean, a little dated, comfy. It should have been under 100.00, but nice staff. Breakfast was also good.

The furniture was not great. The drawer in the room did not want to stay closed, it kept driving open. But we were there only one night, so maybe it needed to have clothes in it to stay closed.
