Microtel Inn by Wyndham Winston-Salem

Some of the rooms do have a slight “old” “mildew” scent when the AC stoops running. I did not like having to be weary of the items inside my car, due to a sign of a warning. I think there should be a better way to handle if anything gets stolen for our cars in the parking lot.Or some thing that prevents that immediately. BUT overall I found a way to look after my family car. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again. It’s in a good location to get to the highway for my work commute. And we got much needed rest. Thank you!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was accessible. We loved our cute room. We will come back, and also recommend to family and friends. We enjoyed our stay!!!

The lock on our door partially worked. There were several times we had trouble with our cards granting us access to our room. A staff member gave a couple cards to our room, and they were trying to get into our room while we were sleeping. That particular staff member then caught an attitude with my spouse because he asked how could she send someone else or couple to our room!! Instead of her apologizing for her mistake, she continued on with her attitude and proceeded to argue to nastily argue at my spouse!!!

This was a good stay for the price. It was near everything i could ask for. The staff was exceptional. Would stay again, for sure

the hotel appears to be renovating. Supplies everywhere. Bathroom mirrors and bed mirrors could have been cleaned and the floor vacummed. other than that it was suitable for my need.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are wonderful, I love the location and the price is perfect. My get away stay is here, its peaceful and the staff is really great and helpful

The room key wouldn't work for longer than one day.

Good price but they charge u a 50 dollar deposit and I've noticed some of the staff members will just keep your deposit for what ever reason they like so with that being said ill pay more if need be some else to not be cheated

Location, Price

Booked for my 21 Year Old Niece and when visiting hotel evening Employee was rude to her and my other Nieces and disrespectful. She didn't realize I had Booked for 2 days and when trying to check in he was rude and showed NO respect to me over phone or my Niece

Staff have great customers skills. Hotel could use a upgrade but for price I paid it was great

beds were a little lumpy and also pillows

Staff, bed was comfortable

They were doing renovations

I have the best experiences staying here, to be honest come every weekend just about cause it’s so comfortable

There’s nothing not to like but more to understand the remodel which can be overseen
