Convenient location. Good hot breakfast. Fantastic rate Friendly staff! We enjoy staying at this hotel with the children while visiting family in the area. The pool is nice and clean. Very family friendly location!

As many others have said, the parking lot! The hotel does have a sign out front that the parking lot is maintained by the mall, which is now completely closed down under demolition. A Meijer is replacing the mall. Once Meijer is there I can almost guarantee the parking lot will be fixed, not just patched. Ive been to 5 Meijer soft openings for business now and they've always been immaculate. So, fingers crossed.

Although owned by the adjacent (now closed) mall, the parking lot and entrance driveway was extremely rough with large potholes and it was near impossible to avoid them all. There were no clear markings on the parking lot and I was blocked in by a person parking in front of me when there was already someone behind me. There seemed that there was always a group of people hanging around outside the front entrance smoking and we had to walk thru the cloud of smoke every time we exited the building.

The hotel used to be adjacent to a mall that has been demolished. The mall property is being reconstructed into a Meijer store. The parking area around the motel is owned by the developers and is not being maintained due to construction so it, and the road to the hotel, is full of potholes and ruts. The hotel staff told us that renovations to the parking lot are expected as construction continues.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful and courteous. I would recommend.

It would have been nice to have automatic opening doors in entrance. It would be nice if the suites had a few glasses in their kitchen etc. No coffee maker in room, no ice bucket and didn’t see an ice machine.

Breakfast was adequate and enjoyed. Parking lot sorely inneed of repair; even though is is supposed to Carnation City Mall's responsibility. Confort neds to presure the city to makesome repairs before claims are filed against the city for vehicle damage. There is no excuse for the lots and drive to be in such poor repair!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool looked amazing, though we didn't use it. Breakfast was great and our room was exactly as pictured.

Due to a malfunction, the fire alarm went off several times starting at 5:15 am.

Very nice room. The area of the pool, chairs and the water were very clean. The breakfast was great!! and the attendant was very efficient, gracious and friendly. The bed was super comfy.

The edge of the pool inside needed better cleaning. The immediate road to the hotel is in pretty bad shape and more signs showing where the hotel is are needed.

The room was clean and adequate for my son and I. Shower was hot and had good pressure. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, but fine. The ice machine on third floor was out of order but the other worked fine.

The driveways in and out were horrendous! I was glad I drive an suv and not a low car. Tons of huge potholes!!

Like many other reviews, the driveway and parking lot is in very rough shape. Apparently those areas are owned by the mall.

The breakfast was adequate and consisted of a to go bag with jimmy deans sandwich, fruit cup and nutrigrain bar. Orange juice, coffee and tea were available downstairs. Coffee pot, microwave and fridge in room was very nice. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The motel was difficult to find after turning off of state st. Never would have thought the road with all the bottomless pot holes would lead to the hotel.
