Beautiful property! I loved the pond area and the large deck off the pool area. Rooms are updated and very nice. Pillows were excellent, and beds we’re comfortable. Shower had wonderful water pressure and we enjoyed the Dove products that were provided. Breakfast was also great with lots of options!

My only complaint is that there are no USB chargers anywhere in the room. You will need a box to plug in the charger. TV was also small.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Good location. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Large room.our. Good breakfast included.

Unable to stream viewing services to TV. Remote very basic. Spa was pretty small compared to others I have tried. $25 incidental fee added to bill I wasn't aware of until check out. Room was pretty expensive.

The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. Very attentive staff. I was picking up my daughter from school for spring break and severe weather prevented us from getting back on the road. HIE provided safe haven. We were relieved.

Have more staff at check-in. There was only one staff member to handle a lot of people. She was friendly and calm and did a marvelous job. Cameo is her name.

Jacuzzi in the room was amazing! Bed was comfortable! Very roomy very clean! Staff was very kind. Our 3rd time staying with them.

Booking through booking.com and Holiday Inn express is ridiculous. Booking.com did not let release the money to the hotel immediately so it was quite a time trying to get it all figured out. Had to pay twice until the issue was fixed. Not the hotels fault it happens all the time using booking.com so we were told by many.

excellent location off the highway so you don’t get traffic noise. The location works for me. it’s a nice hotel, clean and friendly. I have stayed there a few different times in my travels coming back from Florida to Canada. I like the fact that there is a large grocery store across the street

The pool was under repair, but that wasn’t a problem since the hotel was nice enough to call me and notify me in advance.

This property was very nice and clean and the location to BGSU was perfect. The hot breakfast was delicious as well.

I wish there would’ve been curtains on the windows that would block out the street lights and sun.

The bill had $1.90 on it and I didn't purchase anything. It was for booking through a company. The outlets in bathroom didn't work! annoying when trying to get ready. I told front desk at check out, she just said maybe something maintenance has to do. ?

Cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable bed, internet access, close to BGSU, easily to get into and out of property.

Only two bath towels and one hand towel for 2 people, 2 nights. Also, 1 bar of soap for shower and sink (inadequate for two people in bathroom at same time). Also, we had an accessible room and shower hose was too short to shower from bench. Lastly shower should have shelf for soap and shampoo. Nowhere to place these items.

Breakfast and location were excellent

Ice machines on 1st and 2nd floor were not working. I was told the only one working was on the 3rd floor

The jacuzzi tub only worked when you hit it with your fist on the button. I bought cleaner for the jets because black mold kept coming out on the water. The intake was black also. After many times running it through, it was much better. Everything else was spot on.
