Size of the room, quiet, clean and nice amenities.

The jacuzzi was out of order.

The location was excellent. The waitres /service was beyond reproach. Accommodating in every aspect. The front desk employees were always pleasant & helpful. The bedding, pillows & bed linens were top notice. The lady who cleaned our room - unbelievably good. Would wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

The hotel is undergoing renovation. However, the noise was no problem, but, the dust that naturally occurs during such a time was noticeable.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the utilities all operated to expectation.

The only "issue" I experienced was some kids messing around in the hallway. Someone banged on our door around 2:00 am. I just so happened to be awake and near the door when it happened and I looked through the peep hole to see some kids, maybe 14-16 years old running away. Nothing against the Hotel managers or staff and I laughed about it the next day with my wife who was asleep at the time it happened but some other people staying there may not have found the humor in it.

Room was great! The breakfast was awesome! We slept like babies!

When asking the lobby clerk for towels and wash cloths she said that housekeeping would bring them and we didn’t get them until after 1pm.

The room size and the bathroom was beautiful. Having a microwave and refrigerator was convenient. And not having to have housekeeping everyday was so helpful. Sometime you just want to sleep in and not be bothered. The area where you can get snacks and drinks was an added plus for us. When wake up in the middle of the night and just need a midnight snacks. The point is the hotel let you enough your stay and not bother you until you need them.

Nice and clean, i Liked the mirror speaker in the bathroom 😂 , i didn’t stop listening to music while taking a bath. Suite quiet, i think it’s a very nice place to stay.

Very friendly staff and the room was perfect for our group of three to have lots of space. Great area right by all the shopping and restaurants

Literally the only thing I can think of that was less than satisfactory was that they didn't have any de-caff tea kcups in the room

the location was close to everything we need. the beds were comfortable it was clean. nice stay. would recommend.

we actually had to switch rooms because the first one the heat didn’t work but the staff was accommodating and gave us a new room so in the end it was all good. the only other gripe i would have is that when i booked it did say breakfast was included however they were not doing breakfast because of covid. they did have a few grab and go things for purchase but that is not the same. they need to take that down, if breakfast is not included.

I enjoy my stay. Quite, very nice staff, close to food and shopping.

The furniture did not smell but some stains. Sleep sofa was bearable not the best. I did sleep well just tookTylenol. Bathroom clean, available coffee maker in rooms, ironing available microwave and refrigerator. I wish they had a side chair my mother is 82. It was hard for her to sit on the bed while I was laying on sleep sofa. The heating system was very loud.

I believe this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The building is beautiful, and the rooms were absolutely amazing and large. The location was perfect. I was very pleased. Nice, polite staff. Thank you!
