We were totally amazed at this hotel! We do not have Drury Inns in Canada; which is very disappointing. Can't wait till they come to Canada! There was a group of 10 travelling back to Ontario from Atlanta, Georgia! The 'Kick Back' dinner and drinks included was a wonderful surprise! The breakfast was wonderful! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! We were so shocked that everything was included for the price! Would will highly recommend Drury Inn to all of our family and friends!

Great customer service very friendly staff. Suite was spacious with enough room for everyone to relax, love having a living room with couch bed and tv and separate king bed with tv and doors in between for our teens to hang out and not disturb us

The same problem at every location not enough dining space for occupancy of hotel it’s hard to get your free drinks and food & actually sit to enjoy it. The hot tub was overused or not cleaned properly dirty around inside of hot tub black stuff floating in the bubbles. No pool towels had to alert staff. Not enough towels in room for occupancy either. We will always stay at Drury hopefully this was just a busy weekend for them

Nice breakfast , pleasant associates , clean room , nice location , thankful that I got there just in time for evening dinner . I never had dinner included at any other hotel so it was a nice surprise , especially since I had got there just about half hour before it ended & I didn’t have to leave to find dinner somewhere else . If I remember correctly , this hotel had shampoo , rinse & body wash in nice size pumps in the shower and that was a first for me and I really appreciated that.

I was really looking forward to relaxing in your Heated Indoor Pool (with my quite painful arthritis) , but , the pool water was way to Cold for a heated indoor pool , and , even the room was uncomfortably cold . Very disappointing & it wasn’t until almost pool closing time , that an employee finally came in & found out it was cold. One employee said we can go out to the desk if it’s too cold but that doesn’t work well when your already shivering and pain heightened by the cold water and cold room .

Excellent breakfast , just wish during the week it lasted until 10 instead of 9:30 am Love the whirlpool , perfect warmth, would like it to be open till 11 pm and also the pool Pool temperature could be a bit warmer Comfy beds Appreciate the pleasant employees

Be nice if the breakfast during the week would also be open till 10 am Also if the dinner would be open till 7:30-8 pm Would like the pool and whirlpool to be open till 11 pm Pool could be a bit warmer It would also be nice to have regular noon checkout or if possible a 1 pm

Main reason I booked was for the hot tub and it did not disappoint. Although, I wish the pool area wasn't so popular, we had to go right when it opened otherwise it was too crowded for covid era. Was a pretty clean hotel, quiet, breakfast was good. I liked that they have free food and drinks but I was not there during those times to indulge. Look forward to coming back.

Just because I have to put something here, I will say the furniture was stained/mismatch. And, my bed at home is more comfortable. Again, there shouldn't be that many people in one area swimming in the same pool at one time.

My family had this booking about 3 weeks in advance. Due to unforeseen events, we were unable to make it to the facility. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. They told me the number to call so that I could request any refund available and ensure proper cancelation. We booked through BOOKING.COM, and they were super helpful in doing the work to get us our refund. We appreciate both parties!

Great location. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were provided. The workout room was clean and equipment was new. Overall, great experience and would recommend and stay here again.

Stayed two days- room wasn’t restocked with new towels or picked up during the stay. It was fine because I was with older children but if our whole family was there it would have needed new towels etc.

Super clean, the cleaning staff leaves a note in each room welcoming you, which was very sweet. Patience did an amazing job with my room! Cozy and fresh, slept like a baby. The breakfast is great! Eggs, waffles, sausage, the works! The pool was clean and spacious, the lobby was warm and welcoming. Will stay here whenever I go to Columbus!

Our stay was great! We paid in advance and checked in quickly, they offer free dinner and breakfast with this property as well as 3 free drinks per person which is unlike most hotels. My husband doesn’t care for the free food so we skipped out on that and the drinks because we had to use them by 7PM and we checked in at 6 and was going straight to dinner. Our hotel room had a big shower and was clean! The only weird thing is the light you had to put your key in to keep the lights on. it was a great stay for the price I’d stay again.

Our room was clean, breakfast was great and the shower was really relaxing! only complaint is that the pillows were uncomfortable, not soft enough.

Noisy at times because there were lots of kids in the hallways due to a soccer tournament but kids were respectful and I didn’t hear them at night when I was trying to sleep. There was also some road noise not terrible but would have been nice to not have.
