Location was great! The pool was wonderful but a bit chilly. Rooms were nicely appointed and shower was nice. Our room was on a very quiet floor.

Breakfast was a disappointment! Coffee was cold, water for instant oatmeal was cold and no fresh fruit was offered although there was a designated station for such. Pancakes looked like they were frozen not fresh. All in all a big disappointment compared to lesser expensive hotels we have stayed at. Bed was too high and hard for our liking.

The pool at this hotel is fantastic, we always stay at this hotel when in Columbus with the kids because of the pool and the free breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and it's not too far from the other attractions we visit when we're in Columbus.

We were missing linens for the pull out sofa bed and it took quite a long time for us to get them. Our room was out of toilet paper when we arrived, but these small inconveniences would not keep us from staying here again.

It was fine. Everything was good.

What I thought it was compared to what was there didn’t compare at all. Way way smaller compared to what you had told me on the phone. To many kids acting up with no super vision. Their parents didn’t care what they did. Doing flips from the hot tub to the pool. It was like 6 kids doing it. After an hour they were told to stop. Then their father gave them a football to throw to each other across the pool. Which went on a long time. Hitting and falling on all the other kids trying to use the pool. Another family brought in 3 month old babies and put them in the hot tub. You need to hire a lifeguard. And more security. A lot of families walked in and out because of the madness.

Breakfast was good except they ran out of a lot of items on the second day we were there. Rooms were clean and comfortable except our air conditioner leaked water all over the floor and we were not offered a different room or a refund or discount. Location is wonderful and is in close proximity to many attractions. The pool is amazing.

I loved the Cleanliness especially when you have kids with you. The ladies who make Breakfast were Very kind and Attentive to my kids as well as my wife and I. The pool was an added pleasure. especially when you don’t have strong swimmers. our Kids Loved it. (twins 7,& a 10 year olds)

The People at the Front Desk,some seem to know nothing nor Cared. while some at least attempted. I don’t Remember her Name but Day Shift during the weekend. She was very Rude and Obnoxious.

The hot breakfast was good and well stocked with a variety of breakfast choices. However, the only yogurt brand seemed to be a Greek yogurt, a variety I find sour.

Chair at desk in the room was very uncomfortable. The first drop into the chair finds the chair arms are so close they seem to bruise the hips. The space between the desk chair and foot of the bed was limited to the width of the chair making a very tight fit. This room was simply not as comfortable as the equivalent room my husband and I enjoyed in Millersburg, OH.

The grandkids loved the pool. The room was comfortable.

The room did not have the sheets for the pull out sofa bed. The breakfast was a problem. There was no hot water and the pancake machine did not work. There was no one who seemed to be taking care of the breakfast. After asking 2 times the front desk guy did get the hot water and tried to get the pancake machine working but it did not work correctly.

The room was clean and there was a view of trees from our window. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow was wonderful. The breakfast was also very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Columbus.

There was honestly not one thing to change. I would just encourage the staff to continue the good work.

Policing of the pool even a little would help, maybe you should go back to wristbands. It was quite chaotic, a number of people didn’t seem to actually be staying there just swimming with friends, lots of small children in the hot tub and diving off of it into the pool etc.

Loved the pool very easy to hang there for hours. the staff was very helpful and seemed to be happy and breakfast was top notch loved the cinnamon rolls. Everything was very clean

Bed was to closed to the ac/ heat unit so I got cold then hot. But wasn't bad. Didn't bother me to much but that would be the worst I could think of
