You shouldn’t have to pay $35 per night for your car if you’re staying in the hotel.

The hotel was very nice and well kept. The room was a decent size and my friends and I loved the pool and hot tub which was a large factor in booking this hotel. It is still downtown, but it is on a less busy side street which was very nice to not be as loud or busy.

I thought the price for one day of value parking was quite high. There was not a cheaper option for just parking the car and retrieving when you leave which is what we did. When I booked I was unaware of the $30 valet fee. The food and drinks in the lobby are overpriced as well.

The parking, you have to use Valet and it’s $30 a night. It’s not stated when you make the booking, we were very confused when we arrived and they told us that there was no parking. We ended up using public parking and just purchasing that every 8 hours and it only totaled to be $16 compared to the $30 and we knew exactly where our car was compared to Valet.

I thought it was really weird the way they had the TV and the bed situated the TV was like off to the side so we had to turn our heads to watch the TV I don't know why they wouldn't have put the bed against the other wall so you can look straight at the TV so that was just a bit uncomfortable trying to watch TV

We were in town for a concert. The hotel was 0.6 miles away and very clean. I also had a mountain bike with me for a race the next day and they were accommodating to me bringing it into my room for safe keeping.

The rooms were small and I'm not a fan of valet parking and garages, but that's just what you have to deal with in a downtown area like this. For the price of the room, a continental breakfast should be included. It was more expensive than most hotels that include this.

Location great to the Arnold's and facility was clean and staff very helpful

Parking was costly and public lot a little distance away from hotel. The food in the lounge was not great it looked and tasted like a frozen hamburger patty warmed up in a microwave.

The Location was perfect for July 4th festivities. Room and hotels were very clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about area. We even got to check in a little early.

No on-site parking. Also their in house kitchen wasn't always open. They had certain hours only of operasion.

Had to extend my stay here due to the snowstorm in Texas in Feb, and the staff were present, really professional and understanding. It was frustrating, having my flights cancelled, and not knowing if I needed to leave or stay, and the front desk were really friendly and accommodating; in letting me extend my stay every morning when I had an idea of what my plan was. Really appreciated that! There are 2 Starbucks nearby, walking distance, and the lobby also has a small mini-mart, and a microwave, if you need to re-heat takeout. Housekeeping staff were great too, making sure I had all the towels I needed, etc. I will defo stay here again! 😆👍🏼

Stayed here in Feb during the freeze and loved how comfy and warm this place was!! The lobby was nice, great staff and a fully equipped mini-store which sold all kinds of yummy stuff; which kinda comes in handy, when there’s a snowstorm outside. Check-in staff were amazing, attentive, sweet and accommodating. I was able to check-in early and was given a room on a higher floor. The room wes great, spacious, warm and loved how the arrangement/design of the room made the place look bigger. Beds were comfy, really soft pillows and sheets, TV had a good amount of channels. When you enter, the sink area is separate from the bathroom/bath, the sofa and work table was on a higher elevated/floor, and it had a gate, quite an interesting design. Housekeeping staff were really accommodating, and the lady that helped me out with more towels was amazing.

The location was close to lots of things, and the pool and hot tub were the absolute perfect temperature. Also, the bed and sheets were very comfortable.

On a few surfaces in the room (side table by the couch and on the little kitchenette) you could tell someone sprayed to clean but maybe didn’t wipe enough since there were still some gooey spots from previous guest. Also you could smell one of the other guests smoking consistently throughout the day whenever you walked into the hallway (weed) which was pretty unpleasant.
