It was very clean - which is my number one make or break with hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also liked that there were actual full sized soaps in the shower. Lastly, I appreciated the smart TV in the rooms so I could watch something other than cable.
I was confused about the breakfast... like if it came with the room or was free. When I asked the staff said it was $20 a day. That didn't really make sense to me because most hotels have an included breakfast, so with the price of the room I assumed it was included.

We loved our stay… everyone was very courteous and super helpful. Didn’t like the high daily charge for parking… because we tip in and out… so it was excessive. Plus, we were there for a week… it was expensive.

I wasnt given that you had to ask for cleaning daily so was surprised first night that when I returned my room was dirty/

restaurant was very good and location was convenient.
My room was on the highway side and traffic noise was pretty bad. The room was nice and modern style but the couch was the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE I have had in any hotel stay.

The hotel was very close to Ohio State University and so many nice restaurants and bars within walking distance too
