The bartender in the restaurant from 4:30-5:30 pm Fri, 10/7/22 was unqualified to work with the public. No communication from the beginning. No sign or anyone saying to seat ourselves. No guidance on getting food or placing order. Order was placed prior to 4:38 pm. I had to get up and find out the status of our order after 30 min wait. Burger arrived 5:14 pm. Your service was far worse than in Mexico or the Caribbean, let alone any restaurant I've been to in the U.S. Even worse than McDonald's.

I loved my stay here it was absolutely amazing all the staff was so friendly. I didn't need room service, just clean towels, and when asked, they were brought right away to my room Will definitely stay at another sonesta.

I just wish that when I checked in, they would have explained the 10 room credit I got when booking and didn't understand it until a few nights later when asking agian so I only used 10 dollars of it. Wish there was a little more room outfront by the fire pit it seemed like the same people were there for hours they even had all the tables occupied as well

We were in town for a concert, so our walk to Nationwide Arena was easy and safe, and took 5-7 minutes. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, so there was plenty of space with a living room and a large bathroom. The space had cool touches, like exposed brick and vintage fixtures in the bathroom. The king bed was comfortable.

We had a room that had a door connecting to another room. We could hear the TV and the couple talking. Neither was loud, so it didn't stop us from falling asleep. Parking was a little tricky, but we found a spot in the parking garage across the street.

We chose the hotel because we attended a hockey game at NWA. We were willing to pay the higher price for the convenience of walking to the Arena. The staff was great. The room was nice but we did expect more than the same room we get at the Hampton, Holiday, or Comfort Suites.

My wife is concerned about cleanliness. The room was nice but she did find long black hairs on the floor of the bathroom, We both have short gray hair. Ha. For convenience we decided to eat breakfast at the restuarant. But 1. were surprised that it wasn't included in the room rate (like other hotels) and 2. $23 per person was overpriced and 3. for the money it was disappointing to us. I don't drink coffee, but love good orange juice. I tasted your OJ, it was at the lowest end of any. I didn't drink it. I have water. and did get Cranberry juice from the bar from the server. That was thoughtful of him.

I loved the room, it made me feel like I was living the high life. Bathroom was very roomy. Walk in shower was immaculate. The adjustable 55in flat screen TV is the cherry on top. The Sonesta Hotel made me feel relaxed and at home. The air conditioning was better than expected. The pull out couch was just as comfortable as the lushes bed. Not having to worry about a plug to charge my devices was so convenient, just plug in tye USB and I charged everything I needed. The elevators were very secure I needn't worry about intruders. Lastly the view to the Nationwide building and the city of Columbus was absolutely beautiful.

The lack of place to put my build of trash made things difficult to keep the room clean. The location of the building is so vague not to mention it's right across from the Hyatt Regency hotel which is alot more noticeable, when doordashing you may have to be outside to flag them down, the Sonesta Building is really hard to find when driving down the street. Don't park you car in the garage for too long or you'll pay a high price by day. Garage Assossiates were incredibly unprofessional to my friends who were visiting me and parked their car in the garage for a few moments. Hotel doesnt have a pool but I guess it can't be helped. The floor only has a ice machine. There are NO microwaves in the rooms just one in the lobby to be used by guests, so get ready to order out.

The night staff who walked with me to my room. I’m not sure why. He did absolutely nothing to help me with my bags. He opened the door and turned on the light and expected me to tip him. When I didn’t, he was even less helpful, by ignoring my question about where is a place to get food nearby at 1am which is when I arrived.

Everything was great. Staff was nice and the rooms were nice and clean.

Only thing I would have liked since I was traveling and didn't have alot on me would have been a way to change inputs on TV to hook up a system or to have a chrome cast option to stream stuff from my phone to the TV cause there's not always something on TV to watch but that wasn't a deal breaker for the hotel,still enjoyed my time there.

The overall stay was fine. Check in was no problem. My room was ready even though we arrived a little before the 4 pm check in time. The room was clean and tidy and located on the 4th Floor. As noted above, we valet parked, which was likewise fine and without incident other than the exorbinant fee.

Honestly, the valet parking fee of $42 is pretty outrageous for any hotel, even one in a downtown location.

The hotel is nicely decorated, very clean with a restaurant and bar near the lobby. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it was nice knowing it was there and open late if I needed anything. The downtown location made it easy to get to everywhere. I used the valet parking, they had my car ready within minutes of requesting it from my cellphone. The room was very nice, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious and well lit. The room also had a mini fridge but no microwave oven but they do have one in the lobby for everyone.

The restaurant and bar staff were not every friendly. The hotel was out of bottled water all weekend. After long days and being super hot it was disappointing. The breakfast was not very good and way overpriced. Had to hunt people down to get any help and the bartender seemed bothered to provide a water - he never even spoke a word.
