Property is very close to N High St and the Arena, so walking everywhere is easy and convenient. The room and decor fit the era of the home. Everything was very clean with all expected necessities in good supply. Breakfast was delicious! Trelene was fabulous - so very helpful and responsive.

The room temperature was too warm for our preference. We did contact Trelene who promptly turned down the thermostat, but during the night it cycled on and off enough to keep our room on the warm side. Opening a window may have helped somewhat although full storm windows restricted any significant airflow.

Location perfect, all 4 breakfasts were delicious. Able to keep things of our own and use microwave if we needed. Liked having parking, conversations with the other guests during breakfasts. Loved coming down in the early morning to sprawl on the sofa and read and drink tea and later coffee. Due to plane cancelling our flight we arrived a day late. Trelene notified Booking and deleted one night off our charges.

You, Booking send me a note to upgrade to a private bathroom in the room and I did. WELL all the rooms had their own bathrooms within their rooms. So Booking that was wrong.

Had a wonderful 6 nights stay. Like home from home. Trelene is so friendly and helpful.. Room was lovely and quiet, bed was so comfortable and overall location was perfect for getting up to the University, local activities and restaurants/bars. Breakfast every morning was such a treat especially the French toast and crispy bacon. Was lovely to sit out the back garden with my tea and book before heading out to explore Columbus. Great experience and such great value with all the personal touches.

The breakfast and hospitality were amazing! The location is only a short walk from N High St where you can find all the restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique shops. The room we had (#2) was spacious and had cozy, antique decor. Trelene is an exceptional host!

Although the area felt safe, we noticed a lot of broken glass from car windows while exploring the surroundings.

Thermostat controlling third floor, which was warm, was on second floor and consequentially we had to keep the second floor a little too cold. Management did allow us to increase the thermometer a couple degrees, but it was still cold.

Breakfast was delicious with more than ample quantities. The location of 50 Short North was perfect for our needs… we Ubered easily to our event location and we’re within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants.

I loved the location, right in the heart of the art district. Short walking distance from all kinds of restaurants, a park, animated streets but still very peaceful at night. We appreciated the fresh fruits and little extra at breakfast as well as in the room (make up wipes, little face towels…)

I could not for some reason get on the wifi and when hubby did it was very slow.

This was one of the best stays I have had in my life. The room was beautiful, had all the amenities needed, and was so comfortable. And then to come downstairs to see the owner cooking breakfast. Her French Toast was the bomb!!! It reminded me of the movies with the style and decor. I will definitely come back.

I have no complaints at all.

Fantastic location in Short North. Quick walk to many restaurants and bars. The host was gracious and helpful. Our room was quite large. Breakfast was excellent with a crustless quiche and many other treats. Good coffee

The stairs are narrow but this didn't bother us

We couldn't get the T.V. to work, even though there were written directions. It was too late, in our mind, to contact Manager. We believe she would have responded to help immediately.
