The location was lovely. Right downtown, adjacent to the arts district. The room was well appointed, tastefully decorated, well lit, with very comfortable beds, lots of plugs, safe, fridge, ridiculously large television, and nice little desk and comfy chair. In room desperation coffee as well. Good water pressure.

The public spaces are a bit dated, just because of the architecture. Getting to and from the parking garage via skyway is labyrinthine (going through multiple sections, buildings, skyways, ramps, escalators, and has poor/inadequate way-finding signage.) The killer for me though is that the acoustic separation between rooms is inadequate. I could hear conversations of people in the next room, and they weren’t being unreasonably loud. So, even though there was a very comfy bed, I got almost no sleep.

Room was big and very clean and comfortable. Valet Guys were Great parking no problem and quick to retrieve car. Location was great for Short North area as well as downtown and Arena district, basically central to everything .

Hotel common areas are a little too 80s for present day trends. Bar was terrible very sterile and almost appeared to be an afterthought . Lounge areas were sparse not welcoming , and No real restaurant just a strange snack type pick up place, that was tucked away sort of barely there to serve guests . Am used to more from a 4 star hotel .

very central location and massive. we had a great view from the 14th floor and our shower was amazing. all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

some of our towels were a little dirty so we had fresh ones sent up. our door also didn’t lock at first but Alan from engineering came up and fixed it right away, without disturbing any of the other guests. food options close early so keep that in mind as there was no microwave in the room.

The room was fantastic. Very clean and everything was brand new. Maybe it was just renovated but it was definitely a fantastic room. My family really enjoyed. Breakfast in the morning was also superb. The attention received from the restaurant staff was the best. Thanks to Gopi and the other staff member that I don't recall her name now.

The parking lot was very far away from the main entrance of the hotel. The skyway tunnel helps minimize the walking distance but during winter that skyway tunnel it extremely cold. I don't know what could be done in this case to improve this situation.

Almost everything! The bed was the most comfortable! And the pillows... Awesome! The Hyatt was clean, staff were extremely accommodating, they had my room ready at 11:15 am. This was phenomenal because we moved to the Hyatt after a very disappointing incident at the Hilton Gardens Inn / Polaris. If I'm ever back in Columbus, I will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Downtown.

The only thing keeping me from giving it a 10 is that there was no microwave in the room. We had some leftover food that I had to go down to the 2nd floor and use a microwave in the lobby of the Café. This was at about 11:30 pm, so the Café was closed. Just very inconvenient. Parking is kind of a pain if you don't do the $38 valet. But manageable.

Perfectly situated for our needs. Attached to the convention center and easy walk to arena district and many restaurants. Staff was uniformly pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, great shower.

Dining options were limited. We did breakfast there and food was okay, but the restaurant staff were very friendly.

I felt the rooms were a little small, the parking situation is weird, while there is a walkway there was no really instruction how to get there and use it. this is a small thing but we were familiar with the area and there was no information in the room about what was around us such as restaurants or places to see

Due to my earlier experience with another Hyatt, I checked in with reluctancy but while the staff was unable to offer me a discount being a senior, he did provide a $25 credit toward a meal and also provided an extra ticket for my grandson to be used in "Perks" I was happy for the consideration and thoughtfulness. Thankfully the daily parking price was lower

I was pleasantly surprised and elated with the decor and vibe of the hotel. It is beautiful to walk into with so much to do. The hotel staff were truly all about their job and made the stay enjoyable. The location is also top tier. Perfect vicinity to so many things!

Convenient, clean, and helpful staff.

The only thing I can say we didn’t like is the signage from the hotel to the parking garage was small and not easy to find. We spent an extra probably 10 minutes walking in circles.
