Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, pancakes, waffles, and potatoes were all choices along with danish, cereal, bagels, etc. Sausage wasn't identified as Turkey or regular but had links and patties available. Coffee and Tea available and the staff was on top of refilling running low items along with having everything else stocked.

No Pool or Fitness room available. Pool was taking out of the anemities but at property found they had one but not doing anything with it. Website says there is a fitness room but that was closed and under construction as well when we arrived. Ice machine and vending machines were removed from the floor we were on with no notice where to find. Searched the all floors to find out the only location was on the 1st floor at end of hall of pool and fitness room that was closed.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price point. The pool and exercise room was closed but all else was excellent. The front desk staff was exceptional. Quick check in. Comfortable beds and clean room and bathroom. Will stay again here when I visit the University. The hotel a block away and directly across from the University was triple the price and I've stayed there before and it's absolutely not worth it. This hotel was perfect for us and almost as close to the University as the high priced one.

The breakfast was good. A nice variety. But the coffee was just okay--warm not hot The bed was very comfortable. I got a good nights sleep.

The vending machines were out of order. Also, there were no face towels or washcloths. And there were no alarm clocks. Unfortunately the WIFi went out one night so I was unable to access my emails. for a period of time.

When we booked the reservation, we went there to visit a friend in the hospital. We asked if they had a pool and workout room. They said yes that’s why we booked there for and they had no pool no workout facility when we arrived.

If we had a pool and workout area when we got home, we was very stressed and tired and we needed both. We really feel we should be accommodated because we were told the wrong information.

Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, and potatoes was fantastic. The room itself was clean. Front staff was very responsive when we had to change rooms due to a broken light bulb.

Pretty expensive for a modest place in a small town. Additional $25.00 charge for our pet on top of what already seemed like an expensive rate felt like nickle-and-diming.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and exceptionally comfortable.

The one thing that really did suck was that the drapes did not fully close. I was in a room facing the road and the lights from the street poured in, blocked only by the sheer curtain. The rails for the heavy light blocking drapes each only came out part way, doing nothing for light pollution.

It was clean and comfortable. we didn’t make it to breakfast because we arrived late

they struggled to check us in because we paid on Booking app. They could tell we did but couldn’t get their computer to listen to it also. They asked if we would pay again. I said give us our key. Booking has your money. He wasn’t thrilled. I suggested talking with my husband instead and he gave me the key.

The hotel staff was very welcoming. The ceiling light in the bathroom was burnt out. I reported it the next morning. They immediately put it on repair list. I didn’t use any amenities.

There was an unpleasant odor in the lobby and halls.

Everything from the staff at check-in to leaving was exceptional. The room was absolutely wonderful, clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom and the entire room was very clean, thank you to the friendly and hard working cleaning crew. Our stay was great and we will definitely return to this location if ever needed.

My location was good I came in late at night and staff was very fast at checking in and getting me into my room.

Hours of breakfast are not posted and no booklet in room of places to see eat or visit on your stay.
