The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional

I was very unhappy when we arrived at the hotel and I was checking in, my husband said I was paying way to much for the room, he had the hotel pulled up on his phone and he could have gotten a room for half of what I was paying thru Booking.com ! The girl at the desk apologized because there was nothing she could do because we used Booking.com! Now you might be thinking that there was some kind of mistake, he had a different room etc but it was exactly the same because I had the girl check. Moral of the story is that I will think twice before I use Booking.com again ! I don’t like paying double for something that was supposed to be a better deal.

The staff was so helpful and kind. Pleasant atmosphere. The decor, including the furniture was very unique and gorgeous!! Very functional, throughout the hotel. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The pool area was so very nice and pretty. The hot tub was exceptional!!! Very roomy and felt wonderful!! Also, very easy access to many areas of the hotel from the parking lot. Two thumbs-up 🙂

I didn't care much for the prices on the food items in the market place, however, it was nice what was available and really came in handy.

The TV in room did not work. We inquired 3 times about it and were told each time they had a power outage early morning & in some of the rooms the internet/cable didn’t come back on. We were told to unplug the tv and plug it back in to “reset”. We did that several times and it didn’t work. I feel we should’ve been compensated for that. It wasn’t a cheap room we should’ve had a working tv or been compensated.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure i had a hypoallergenic room. I was shocked when they said they specifically detailed my room for me. All i did was note in the comments when booking and was shocked to see they had taken the comment so seriously. The pool and spa area were amazing and OPEN! The beds are incredibly comfy. Pillows were comfortable as well and there were plenty of them!

The breakfast was ok. Coffee tasted amazing. Bagels and cream cheese were good. Fresh waffles with blueberry compote. The eggs and sausage sandwiches came prepackaged and tasted as such. Simple breakfast for one morning but I wouldn't frequent it if staying multiple nights.

we didn’t use the pool because you can’t have a guest 🤦‍♀️. not even for an additional charge. whomp whomp.

I stay here every time I visit my daughter The breakfast room is usually where we all sit to visit. The staff is so kind and always welcomes you.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Breakfast included a very nice spread. The check in process was quick and easy, even with a pet. Finally the property was extremely clean and conveniently located to an awesome BBQ joint.

Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was quiet nobody bothered you check in was a breeze and the counter help was very helpful

The bed was amazing, and I loved the shower. Never ran out of hot water and plenty of light in the bathroom. And they had a personalized greeting on the TV when I arrived in my room. Wonderful stay.

The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. Check-in went vert fast and the room was already cold when we arrived.

The refrigerator never got cold. We only had drinks though, so not a deal breaker.
