The hotel was clean and comfortable. I little worn looking, but it was overall good. The location was wonderful for our purpose. Friends traveling to visit the Fiestaware outlet and other similar places in the area. I think it would be great if this location gave out or had available a fiesta mug or other item. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was good and had more options than I expected.

Not many amenities. The rooms are a little worn and dated looking. But the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was out of service. And the ice machine on our floor didn't work.

The breakfast bar was one of the best I've seen and the staff on hand to maintain it were both friendly and professional. The location is in a very quiet area with no noise or other disturbances the entire duration of my stay.

There was a little confusion about extending the length of my stay (by one day), but it was resolved quickly and the situation explained to me clearly.

The pillows and linens exceeded my expectations. The breakfast options were plenty and I appreciate the 24/7 coffee. All staff were very professional and ready to assist what we needed as I was traveling with my disabled mother.

The eggs are less to be desired for and mine had what seemed like plastic wrap mixed in so I only had them once. There was some issue with my having used booking.com where the actual room type I booked with IHG confirmation of a roll in shower didn’t get communicated to the hotel thus they double booked the limited handicap accessible room and reportedly the other guest “allowed us” to stay in the room we booked. That was unsettling when told initially we booked a regular room when I have confirmation of otherwise. I also don’t like that I don’t get my hotel rewards points when using booking.com.

Room smelled clean when we arrived. Manager was friendly. Breakfast was good. Amazing cinnamon rolls.

I didn't know it till after the fact because he didn't tell me, but my husband found baby cockroaches in his bed. If I had known we would have left. I realize it might be beyond control of the hotel, but that is tough to think about. Those things spread easy.

Bottom of tub was very slippery while trying to shower. Had to wear rubber shoes for grip.

Staff was friendly, plenty of hot water for showers, and a decent breakfast selection.

There were raw hamburger patties left in the fridge and a dirty washcloth left in the shower.
