Quality Inn & Suites Medford Airport

Room was clean, housekeepers were friendly, staff, in general, was good.

1. Sign said they would only change towels and linens after three days in deference to the environment 😀. I believe it happened daily ☹️. 2. I found it humorous that one sign said that smoking would incur a substantial cleaning fee, and right next to it was its motto: get the most for your money. So, I should smoke more to get the most out of my cleaning fee? 😆 3. The included breakfast was atrocious. The waffles were ok, standard fare, but the eggs were tasteless and obviously baked from a slurry. Yuch.

Staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me with luggage. Great choices for breakfast BUT Elmer's the highest rated breakfast in Medford is ON THE PROPERTY 👍. Hotel I am guessing is older BUT renovation made everything feel and look brand new, extremely clean, very inexpensive sooooooooooo not much else to say. Would def stay again 😊

uhhhhhh not much, about the only thing I can think of is no elevator and it does have a second floor, but staff helped me up the stairs. This place is MASSIVE, multiple buildings and floors, not bad just something to consider.

Convenient to restaurants and especially to the airport.

I chose the Quality Inn for the main reason that it offers “park and fly” with a shuttle to the airport. However, when I checked in I was informed that service is not available now until Labor Day. I was extremely disappointed!!! the airport has also raised its parking fee and I had to pay $85.00 for parking. That made me even more upset. The staff were very nonchalant about it and offered no compensation even though I told them that was the main reason I had chosen their motel! They SHOULD NOT be advertising this service if they aren’t offering it.

All went well. The breakfasr buffet was very delicious. Staff was friendly. My sister and husband stayed at a major hotel. My room/suite was much larger than theirs. While I had a couch and table chair, they only had one soft chair and one table chair; and, no microwave. Their theory was that w/o microwave they would have to eat expensive meals there (also no buffet only table seating). I liked my room/suite much better than theirs. The bed was very confortable.

An elevator. It was somewhat hard to carry my suitcase up/down the stairs.

The staff was very professional and I knew what I could do and what I couldn't. They were helpful for directions and such. The shuttle to the airport was great, quick, and so helpful. The room was clean and I had a great bath. Loved the tiles!

It's not their fault, but it's very noisy there. The freeway is noisy, large trucks and motorbikes were very loud that come in to the parking lot. Too bad there wasn't a breakfast for those of us that had to get up at 4AM and get over to the airport. Just a muffin would have been great. An elevator would also be helpful.

I moved to the Quality Inn after one night at a more expensive hotel. I'm disabled and the desk clerk said, "You're 5 minutes past checkout time. I was standing there with my cane and service dog. I have a very hard time walking. I had wanted food from their store. She reluctantly let me go in. Also, it takes me. Longer to get every day things done. THE PERSON WHO WAS MOST FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WAS DANIEL.

Close to the airport and offered a shuttle. It was clean, friendly,:had all the essentials plus some. The staff was friendly. I was only there one night, but I would definitely not hesitate to book a longer stay.

I didn't have a car, so I would have liked either more food delivery options or a sandwich, or the like, vending machine. That said, the candy bar ate my dollar bill.

The breakfast was pretty basic, little more than continental, but everything was nicely stocked and there was an attendant there that wasn't bossy and didn't hover. I didn't want housekeeping service, but they quickly gave me new towels and soap. The room was incredibly clean and smelled neutral. I felt safe in this area of town, and even though this is kind of a budget hotel, nothing was lacking. It was a very pleasant stay with no problems at all, thank you.

More whole fruit options at breakfast would be nice. There were only apples and they were not firm.

I was traveling as a single person and needed a room for one night stay. I was given a room that was far from the lobby and upstairs. It was pretty inconvenient. However, they were doing some kind of exchange of the TVs on that floor. So they had to change my room. I was very glad that they upgraded me without any extra charge to a room close to the lobby and so much more convenient for having a bunch of luggage.

This is our stop on the second day of our annual trip. There is an Elmer’s on site (upscale Denny’s) Everything is on the first floor and there is a hot breakfast. As we’ve been staying here for several years, our routine in to check in, gas at Costco (2 miles north) eat at Elmers and crash. The place is clean, the staff helpful and it’s close to food. for us it’s a good place to stop for the night.

The Elmers has a bar in the back. Which in turn is close to and entrance to the hotel. we always ask for a room in the rear of the other building.
