There is to many to list it was a good experiemce from start to finish n i have recommended the hotel to others co workers n family members

I was a lil surprise in the cafe section where an employee took are order n then to proceed to play with my food like it was the thing to do. After that when the young man ask what kind of spread we wanted n we express what we wanted then he proceed to say " ARE YOU SURE THERR IS NO CHANGING YOUR MIND" that was very disturbing to me an my wife at the moment. If i have not already paid we would of walk out. I wil definate stay again at your hotel but i will NOT go to the cafe no matter what.

the property is in a great location. We were able to walk all over downtown and were very close to the waterfront. The property is modern and the rooms are nice. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is friendly.

The only complaint I had was, when I booked my room it stated breakfast included, and it was a little extra for that option and that was fine, but they only give you a 15 dollar per person credit, which would be fine, but almost everything on the menu is well over 15 dollars, so breakfast isn’t really included when you pay extra for the breakfast option and not many food options are offered in that price range

I love the staff when check in an the location where majority was of places were all walking distance... keep up the good job. There were a few employees i widh i could name them but name tags were to small to read their names .

The 20% you charge for the roof top lounge was not great idea... had crappy service n yet they get rewarded for their actions. That should be the Customer choice... Didnt have smart TV where if i choose not to leave my hotel room i should b able to watch netflix or other apps. Cause you dnt have them i had to leave n go to other bars to watch something different.... SMART TV MEANS MORE ROOM SVC N NO TAKE OUT

Everything’s was wonderful, room service was delicious, clean bathroom, spacious room and beautiful views of the city. The staff were wonderful and incredibly accommodating. Special shout-out to Natalie and Allen who went above and beyond! There was another gentleman whose name I didn’t catch but seemed to be the manager and he was so kind and welcoming too!

The only thing I would change would be the bathroom door. It’s a double sliding barn style door and it was very loud to open and close it so I was worried to wake my friends when using the bathroom at night.

The front desk staff are amazing, and so are the bar and the restaurant staff. The greatest features of this hotel are staff, location, and room size. I cannot deny that the complimentary coffee in the room is the cherry on top. Location is very central, short walking distance to many shopping streets and several great restaurants by the waterfront.

cleaning staff can be a little careless unless contacted by the front desk staff ... on one day i had to request cleaning 4 times until the room got cleaned. the room rate can include breakfast for free as well.

Located in more of the business district, the this hotel is between much of the downtown restaurants and stores and the pedestrian bridge across the river. It is a good location to see all of Portland. We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and modern - as you should expect from a Hilton hotel.

The service was friendly but upon check-in, they gave us a room without a couch then when we called to say that we booked the room with the couch and already paid, she acted as though giving it to us was an upgrade. We ended up getting the larger room we paid for but it felt as though we were being given a favour. That conversation kind of made us unsettled.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The pool and hot tub was fun and relaxing.

A housekeeping call for towels and a luggage rack went unattended. I wish the no parking was made into a more prominent point. It's not something I thought I needed to check for but this definitely opened up my eyes and made me aware of the need for it. Valet is just another expense to consider when planning your travels.

Very nice hotel, clean nice rooms. We came for Doernbechers and stayed here with our little family. Nice spacious bathroom and room. We enjoyed the little coffee/grocery spot. Rooftop bar was fine, nothing spectacular. We were shocked by the cleanliness of the neighborhood surrounding considering it is Portland.

Only think we didn’t love was the bed, not very comfortable. But for one night we made it work!

Excellent hotel. Great staff. The view of the city wasn't much on the east side but that didn't take away from the stay. My car had some trouble in the valet parking but the staff has done what they can to make up for it. The cafe didn't have many items in stock but was still a nice place to get coffee and sit in the hotel lobby on my departure day. Walking distance from great food.

Hotel restaurant had to close the night I was there and the cafe wasn't fully stocked. No big deal, a lot of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location near the waterfront. Also, it has an amazing bar/restaurant on the 16th floor. The staff was polite and gave great suggestions about things to do in Portland. Checkout experience was super smooth.

Very minor but the bathroom door was not latch-able. That is a minor thing but it is sometimes inconvenient.
