Everything was easily accessible. Nice and quiet.

Check in was very slow, waited 20 minutes after being told it would be ready at 4 then when I got to my room housekeeping was still in there finishing up. There was also a beetle crawling around on the nightstand next to the bed that went under the lamp so I couldn't get it then found it the next day on my pillow. Told the desk clerk at check out and their response was like it was normal to have bugs in the rooms. Didn't make for very restful sleep. Also no hot tub available, disappointed with that.

Room was clean. Good value and location as far as things to do in Tillamook. Only a 10 minute drive to Oceanside Beach. They offer an unadvertised "grab and go" breakfast, which is just coffee/tea/juice/water, some fresh fruit, and muffins/cookies. Not enough for a breakfast fanatic, but a nice surprise for us.

The bathroom door didn't latch shut, so it would just come open even when "locked". The beds seemed ok, but I woke up with back pain each morning. The pool area is kind of scuzzy, and the hot tub is permanently closed. The on-site restaurant is also closed.

Someone must have left the door of the refrigerator open which caused the freezer section to go into overdrive, making too much ice which "iced" the door so I had to yank it very hard for it to open. I spent at least 5 mins. chipping away at the ice in order to close the door again. Would suggest a sign be placed to "make sure the door is closed" to prevent this from happening again. Also, the button to push to activate the shower was stuck and I had to use all my strength to get it to activate.

The location is great. If we would have had more time we would have checked out the pool that is open again. Usually the beds are pretty comfortable but this one was really stiff. The staff is always friendly and helpful I enjoy staying here with the 11am check out, location and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back again and the rates are reasonable

Liked the room, was very clean. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. Centrally located by Tillamook Cheese Factory and great locations on the Northern Oregon Coast. Right off the 101, but because of the way the hotel was positioned, we did not hear traffic noise.

The big red headed woman at the front desk was really nasty and told us if we wanted to check in at 2:00, there would be a $35.00 charge and if we didn't want to pay that we could come back between 3 and 4 and check in. It wasn't what she said so much as how she said it. There were signs that said it, too, but she was horrible. When we came back about 3:45, there was another woman next to the mean one and luckily, we got her. She was super nice and not a grouchy mean one.

It was a great location and a great price point. Staff was kind and attentive.

The pool was a bit disappointing and the hot tub was closed. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, but the convenience store connected to the lobby had some oatmeal and grab and go breakfast items so that was nice.

We reserve the king room, very nice accommodations. Large room very comfortable bed. Bathroom, toiletries microwave, and oven. All were very satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again.

We like the property we just don’t spend a lot of time inside or outside. Overall is very nice.

Convenient location. Gluten free options for continental breakfast. The sauna and steam room were a nice bonus!

There was noticeable wear on the room and black mold in the bathroom which was a bummer. While the pool was open, it was entirely too cold to use and hot tub was not functioning.

Hotel was a little old fashioned but everything worked and everything in the room, the hotel and outside was kept spotlessly clean and tidy.

Breakfast was just a muffin, some fruit, fruit juices and coffee but considering the price of the room this was acceptable.

Very comfortable bed, advertised as no breakfast but were happy to get pastries and coffee. Like having a table and 2 chairs and a couch. Adequate amount of plugs for chargers.

Bar soap fell apart. We had to request fresh towels.
