Excellent beach access and stunning sunset views. Fantastic access to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and the resort's dog park was quite valuable. We enjoyed staying here and appreciated the warmth and care of the staff. Having a spa on site is an added bonus and the beachfront views and complimentary beach chairs is unmatched. Definitely get a room with a view to not miss the heart and soul of Hallmark's value.

The room amenities themselves need to be updated to align to the rest of the resort vibe. The bed was comfortable yet the rest of the furniture was less so and quite worn. We enjoyed our time on the deck yet the patio chairs could be updated for more comfort as well. The room and welcome amenities are indeed great but not quite to the level of exceptional we'd anticipated with a standard beachside resort.

We really enjoyed our brief stay and will make this our hotel of choice moving forward. We received a free upgrade to a partial view and were looking directly at Haystack rock. The partial view room was great, with a sheltered balcony. We enjoyed the fireplace. The hotel is on the beach and very easy to access. There is a brewery/restaurant right across the street and town is within walking distance. The pillows were comfortable.

The mattress was not as comfortable as I hoped, but comfortable enough that I would stay again.

The bed was comfortable & looked out onto the ocean. Easy parking & little amenities like onsite washer/dryer with laundry soap. There was plenty of Kcups for coffee & even a bag of popcorn.

I booked well in advance & it would’ve been nice to either have a room with a better view of haystack where I didn’t have to walk to the balcony to see it. The outside of the resort does need updated & for the price you should get some type of breakfast at the least.

The view is wonderful. Bed was comfortable.

Our room was advertised as having a soaking tub, but it was just a small and shallow, regular shower/tub combo in the bathroom. We felt a little bit like fish in a bowl with everyone coming up from the beach able to look into our room if we had the drapes open to enjoy the view. The price seemed quite steep for a standard tub and little privacy.

right on beach (with many steps; has places to wash sand off your feet/paws) and walkable to all of the cute town. Dog-friendly - they provide a sheet and towel to protect the bed (but also provide a dog bag of wasteful junk like a water bottle - refuse the parts you don't want). Indoor pool/spa area is nice and spacious. Snacks, wine, etc. available to buy, and room had a fridge and microwave. Short drive to parks with old-growth forest, other beach areas, etc.

Because of the lot's topography, the dog-walking area is a little hard to get to, and was soggy. Our room was rather small - normally not an issue for us, but for this trip we wanted to sit around, work, read etc. Just be sure the room they give you meets your needs.

Location to beach and Haystack. The room as clean and had a great jacuzzi tub. we loved the bed and robes. Free detergent and laundry room helped mid trip for us. walking distance to Wayfair restaurant ($$$ but so good). Free parking! they will help you make a fire on the beach with blankets, chairs and s’more supplies!

The room was decorated in a restful and calming tone. The ocean right off the deck. The saltwater pool, jacuzzi's, and steam room. We felt so welcomed and swept away with the special touches to our room for our Anniversary.

The route to the pool area was a little confusing. But with our handy map that we received at check in, we thankfully found it.

location location location. it’s right on the beach behind haystack rock. chairs and firewood easily accessible.

doesn’t live up to the pictures, older hotel from the outside, but rooms are nicely renovated and we had an ocean view. probably wouldn’t stay here again as the price paid doesn’t add up to what you get. my honest opinion. having walked around the town there are other options just need to look a little harder.

Our room is at an off-premise building, no-view suite. While they say no-view, at 5xx room, you can actually see the ocean, over the rooftop. The suite was spacious and can easily dine and sleep for 4 people. the hotel is situated right on the beach overlooking haystack rock. Great view and easy beach access.

The facility is rather out dated, elevator is old.

Wonderful location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We stayed at Hallmark Suites. It was located a couple of blocks from the main resort. The unit had all the amenities we like: a small kitchenette with a balcony.

Unfortunately the pool was undergoing maintenance and repair while we were there. You could hear the repair work during the day. Minor inconvenience. The pool in the main resort was always available if you wanted.
