We were at the remote location, so it was not convenient to have to leave there and drive to access breakfast. That was not made clear when we booked. Better to know that's the arrangement.

When booking, you let people know that the check-in is at a different location than the lighthouse, you should also let them know, so are many of the services... you have to leave the property to get the perks, ie get dvds, breakfast, cookies, beach items... I'd like to be able to access all on one property.

This place is amazing, and I wish we had stayed there longer! We stayed at another hotel the night before for the same price and the Lighthouse Inn was far superior. The staff were beyond nice and gave me a mother's day gift, entered me in a drawing to win lovely gifts, gave us fresh baked almond joy and chocolate chip cookies, plus beach chairs and towels. That's before I even got to the room! The exterior was modern and there was an assigned parking space. We were thrilled when we walked in! It was very modern with coastal decor, high ceilings, and a gorgeous bathroom! The bedroom was roomy, there was a pullout couch, plenty of washclothes, towels, coffee, and it was impeccably clean. The balcony had 2 chairs. It was quiet and I slept wonderfully. The beach was a short block walk away. I felt very safe because the door had a code that is changed with each guest. I only wish I'd known about this place sooner!

Can hear neighbors on top, auto noise, people noise, driving just for breakfast, no A.C. The shower curtain was 12 inches too short so shower water flooded the bathroom every time - used towel to soak up the water. The lights switches into the living area were broken. To get them to work, I had to shake the switch on off until they worked. The parking spaces were very poor because they were too small and too many. It was very difficult parking and getting out as well. I scratched my auto on the doors from the landscaping as well as into the parking space hedge. To load anything into my trunk, I had to first back out some blocking the lot driveway - everyone else suffered the same problem. The driveway was too short as well. This is a rotten place to stay - too much for what it's worth.

Where are the large and spacious American parking lots?! It seems that there are some parking lots for mini coopers... It's better to go to a larger parking lot not far from the hotel than I used to come to the hotel parking lot!!! Or in crowded but not mad... I would like to see maybe one NEEDLE?! I have not seen! Maybe it is?! Check in Only at 4pm when you have to enter the hotel!! I haven't seen anything like this yet?! Always at 12 pm, at other hotels... The hotel is on another street but check in is on another street! Where do you check in, the hotel is nicer and the parking lots are more spacious!! The lady at check in was kind!!! It's my opinion, and I'm a tourist! We want something freer, more spacious, and more comfortable!

I liked all aspects including the location, the staff, the room and the breakfast.

Our room had a rollout bed which wasn't very comfortable. Also due to no AC we slept with the windows opened which we didn't mind. However, the neighbors in the back started using power tools around 9am which made sleeping in very difficult.

We had a very lovely, comfortable stay at the Lighthouse Inn. The location of the beach is perfect!

The lobby and complimentary breakfast are not located on the property. You have to walk or drive 1.5 miles to get to their sister property. Reviewing the confirmation email, they do disclose that check-in after 4 PM needs to be done at the Inn, however, there is no mention of breakfast also being located at this other location. I'd say this is the only minor inconvenience with the hotel.

The cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly - always available if you needed anything! The free breakfast was outstanding with a large variety of options. Location was excellent, close to haystack rock and shopping.

The refrigerator wasn't cold enough, had to throw out food that had gone bad.

Very friendly staff. The room was quite comfortable and very clean. Also, easy access to the beach was outstanding. Being doggy friendly sealed the deal for us. We certainly plan on being back.

It was just a tiny smidge more expensive than we thought it should be, and the door frame for the front door inside had a nail sticking out that caught a bag and ripped it a bit on our way out. I had a multi-tool with me and pressed it back in. But still, that was unfortunate.

Location was really good actually, very close to Haystack Rock, easy beach accessibility. The couch was extremely comfortable. Nice add-ons for my dog (bowl, treats). Kitchen well-stocked. Nice little balcony. Decent little place but like everything in Cannon Beach overpriced.

The bed was very uncomfortable, canted to the left. The television set-up in the bedroom was uncomfortable and awkward being at a 90 degree angle from the bed. If you need to work or just have computer time the dining set was uncomfortable and at odd height for any laptop use as I (being 5'2) was too tall for it to work without my neck feeling it within say an hour of computer time. Stovetop burners had some heating issues.

Quiet and quaint. Clean and centered near all Cannon Beach has to offer. Ocean is right there but is set back on the other side of the street so you can’t hear it

the beds, bedding, and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The parking lot is a bit tight - room 31s spot should be on the other side. Travelers with children should have ground floor.
