The room fit our needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet. You can't beat the view from the room and all within walking distance to town or to the beach. I liked that it had a mini kitchen set up. I would definitely recommend it to my family/friends. It's a no-frills place that is just what I like. I visit places for comfort and to see new scenery, not a fancy hotel room.

Staff were not particularly friendly. The woman at the front desk told my daughter the pool didn't open until Saturday, but then it was open for swimming on Friday. We may have changed our plans a bit if we would have known.

This was an amazing location with a perfect view of the ocean! When I booked, I didn't realize that the ground floor rooms would be facing parking and the street. Upon check-in, they happily accommodated my request for a top floor room instead, since I was traveling alone and would feel safer. The room was dated, but I had no problem with that because everything was very clean and well maintained. Also, there was everything I could need to prepare a meal in the kitchen. For someone who travels a lot like I do, that detail means a lot. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much and will book here again, when I am in the area.

The location was stunning! We stayed in the one-bed suite and were 10 feet from the sand with unobstructed views. The bed was comfy, there was a nice kitchenette, and the fireplace really made us feel cozy during our chilly winter stay. Nothing too fancy but perfectly lovely.

I wish the windows had a tint from the outside... it felt like we could be seen through our windows by passers by, especially in the evening when the lights were on. I wanted to keep the curtains open to wake up to the view of waves but doing so would have eliminated our privacy.

This hotel's location is fabulous with the ocean across the street. The "junior" suite was clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. The price was reasonable for high season on the beach.

Our suite was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Also, the parking lot was full when we returned about 9 at night so we had to park on the street. Also, because of lack of space, there was no comfortable chair in the suite.

Well maintained, very clean, comfortable room in a family-run motel. The "kitchen" is very small but functional for simple tasks. The staff was helpful and the location was great for beach walks and walking to restaurants. We'd stay there again.

The Internet was slow but that may be a problem in Manzanita in general. And we weren't there for the Internet, so it wasn't a big deal.

Great view of the beach. The suite was actually pretty big. We had looked into renting a house but by the time they add on fees its was going to cost double or triple the price. There was a bigger then usual fridge, microwave, skillet, dishes and utensils. We would stay there again.

Water does NOT get that water in the shower. We arrived Monday left Friday. Being there for that many days you definitely need a shower. It was luke warm at best. Took forever for sinks to warm up to wash our faces. Went to make coffee the first morning and the coffee maker was broken some how and water was filling the tray they had it in. I let the staff know just in case they didn't know. There was also a leak under the kitchenette sink I noticed the last night we were there.

Amazing location and a pretty good price. Nice to have a kitchenette with a burner and balcony.

Some buildings feel very public, but that can't be helped. Room was not as clean as in years past and sugar packets were dried and caked. Only one burner worked on stove, and knife was pretty dull. Another blanket would have been nice. But I would still come back.

Location!!! I booked this for my dad and his cousin who are on a road trip around Oregon. I stayed here a couple months ago and it was perfect. So i made sure they stayed there. They sent pictures to me. The second floor room had a view of the beach and Neahkanie! Our cousin just loved it, she was so excited to see the Oregon Coast. Their first suggestion was Lincoln City... Yuck... My suggestion was the most beautiful part of the coast and it was everything she had dreamed about our coast. I am afraid to recommend your hotel as i would like to keep it to myself.. Thank you Jeremy, you never fail to be so nice and accommodating. You made their trip memorable!

Loved the location! The bed was comfortable & we appreciated having a fireplace. The only downside was the bathroom. Needs a little updating. Toilet & sink were way too low for my husband who is tall. Felt like a kids bathroom. Other than that tthe room was comfortable.

Location on beach, and easy to walk around cute little vacation town. Nice old pool was sparkling clean. Old 60s motel was updated but still an old motel. Bed was great, new beds so comfortable. Tiny kitchenette was well stocked. Lots of parking, on the side where it doesn't obscure view.

It's an updated but old motel. If you expect that it's good.
