Terilyn is a wonderful asset to the hotel. She keeps everything running smoothly. Very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with our reservation, but she handled it for us. You are so very lucky to have her. Our room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The fitness room was perfect for our needs. The pool was green the first day, but the staff drained it and we could use it the next day. The hotel is close enough to the beaches and restaurants.

Breakfast was nice but needs some protein. The hotel could use some new luggage carriers.

The hotel was convenient to what we were doing. It was also close to the casino where we had a delicious and comfortable dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very nice, Cereal, muffins, waffles. Coffee, tea and fruit.

The TV wasn't easy to navigate. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The bathroom didn't seem to have an exhaust fan or i couldn't find it.

The Breakfast is good with couple of varieties. I think I like the Hotel arena. The environment is quite and clean for my liking. The Attendants are friendly and welcoming. Keep it up.

Hotel name is CLARION POINTE HOTEL. But on arrival, I saw DAYS INN. I was confused for a while. I asked again before I was redirected. I think the Old name of the hotel (Days Inn) should be changed to reflect the current name which is CLARION POINTE HOTEL.

Room was nice comfortable & clean. We liked having actual chairs in the room to sit on rather than having to sit on the bed to read or watch TV. Bed was very comfy.

We certainly would consider staying there again on our way through.

Walked in to a clean lobby. when we got on the floor of our room you can definitely smell the cleaner they used in the hallway (also an employee was cleaning the walls) walled into the room and it was spotless. Breakfast was pretty good (could probably add some hot food).

The receptionist (I think her name was - Terilyn) was an exceptional employee! She even showed me how to install an Uber app on my phone to get a car to take me to the event that I was attending. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive to my needs. Overall, you should be commended on having a very personable and friendly staff.

The provided breakfast was excellent. It was larger and had more choices than normal breakfast offerings of this kind. We much appreciated the friendly helpfulness of the staff we encountered. No major complaints.

Mostly what I don't like is the "coaching" on the What did you like and What didn't you like questions on this survey; not letting me finish until I entered the amount of information you found acceptable. That's something I should determine.

The staff were awesome & particularly the lady working...She was happy to answer any question I had, and was extremely welcoming. It's hard to come by these days, kindness that is...

Exiting the parking lot at night was a little discouraging, but I enjoyed the rest of our stay

I experienced a minor error of being charged twice for the same room. A minor mistake a person could occur

It was okay. Coffee was good. Muffins were good. Yogurt and fruit. Maybe more selection of fruit. Oranges were very good. Didn't try anything else
