Staff were friendly and gave us directions to an awesome state park as we were too early for checking in. Breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable.

Lighting could be better. Possibly needing a change in bulbs over the sink and better Lighting around

We enjoyed the breakfast and pool

After receiving notice to put towels and garbage in the hallway- when asked front desk for fresh towels, I was asked where our other towels were after explaining - observed staff not happy to have to give towels . Also, is there a reason why there are no pool towels? For how much we paid for the room, I was surprised with the size of the room, but how there was no maid service until the 3rd day - and my family being questioned why my family needed fresh towels.

It was great except that bacon not sausage would have been better. I also didn’t see any tea . Their also were some guests that were taking food that we knew they wouldn’t eat and then would come back and get more. Some workers saw this and I am sure they didn’t know what to say . But it was blattenly noticeable. It wasn’t right.

More lighting in the parking lot. I also didn’t like the fact that you don’t tidy the rooms each day. I am sorry but if we stay more then a day then our rooms should be tidied and beds made. The price doesn’t go down so we should expect tge same care that we use to get. The price we pay hasn’t gone down at all it only has increased .

The staff on my floor were helpful and very friendly actually the better part of my stay

I love dogs I have a little blind shut Tzu but the size of some of those coming in were massive I board mine another cost for me to visit. I know they are supposed to be support dogs but should be on same floor I travel a lot I do think you are to expensive and I did make another reservation for March I really don't get to use the pool the exercise room and the breakfast but the coffee bar in the lobby is a great ideal and I loved it

Everything was ready for us when we arrived, check-in was friiendly and quick. The staff answered our questions. Our room was clean, we were at the end of a hallway where it was quiet and we could get some needed rest. We are returning next week for another mini vacation, just to relax.

The POOL, It is a nice pool area but the pool needs to be cleaned! My husband worked in hotels in Florida on the maintenance crew, so he would know, your pool needs to be cleaned! And the lack of towels is crazy, but I guess people take them so I understand that one.

Friendly staff, good room, updated bathroom, clean facility, nice pool & sitting areas. My kids (ages 14-22) loved the pool area! It’s quite spacious for a hotel pool area. And there was a great sitting area just outside the pool with a fire pit- see my posted pic. Also there were several restaurants nearby. Oh & a decent breakfast included also- typical hotel breakfast- waffles, scrambled eggs (probably powdered but that’s fine), sausage, potatoes, yogurts, fruit cups, muffins, etc.

not a walking neighborhood but that’s no big deal- we needed the convenience of being near the interstate & this was very close to it.

The pool and hot tub we’re a big hit with my family. My daughter insisted on swimming early every morning lol. Definitely a nice place to stay.

There were no meat options for breakfast on the weekends. But weekdays there is sausage. Otherwise the breakfast is still good and there are many other options. The biscuits and sausage gravy was very good too.

The breakfast and hot tea were great. Location was very convenient. Room was very comfy and the hotel was updated and very pretty. The front desk was helpful and brought us any toiletries we may have forgotten.

We had a nice room right next to the pool. However, the pool was open till 10 and it was very loud with screaming children until that time. The room was mostly clean and very nice however our comforter was not fully clean. It had a bit of an odor and some crumbs / hair strands. We threw it on the floor and only slept with sheets.

I am was pleased with this hotel. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was enjoyable.

The beds were a bit hard. My main complaint is on the day of check out getting a knock of the door from housekeeping at 930 when check out is at noon. Its unprofessional and makes you feel rushed to leave.

It was a full breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, waffles, fruit, and other choices.

The breakfast room is a little small for the number of people, and it's pretty noisy because of the tile floor. There were tables and chairs in the comfortable lobby if you want a quiter breakfast.
