The breakfast was very good. Hot coffee, tea and cocoa available in the lobby 24/7. Eggs and sausage daily. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, make your own waffles, juice choices, bread, bagels, cream cheese, jelly and pb plus fresh fruit. Something for everyone! The room was spacious and comfortable.

The elevator got stuck several times while we were on it. Luckily it only lasted a few minutes at a time but it was inconvenient and startling because the alarm went off until it started up again. Only 3 floors so we used the stairs instead. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the picture. 8-10 people probably max. A bit confusing to get in to from the direction we were traveling, but manageable.

Room was clean and the price was excellent for what we got. No bed bugs, or mold THANK GOD! Bathroom was very nicely done. Breakfast was a surprise! They have self serve pancakes every day and a good selection of sides available which has been hard to come by in Covid times. Coffee bar was 24/7.

Beds are very small. Really felt like a twin bed, I assumed it would be a full but it was not. Not entirely sure what a "double" is or where in the world they make these but it's between a twin and a full. Most places standard bed is a Full or Queen so there's room for improvement there.

the room was comfortable and clean but the bed was the greatest part. I laid and all I wanted was to lay in it all day but I had other things to do. The feather blanket was so warm and I wanted to ask where could I get one but I wasn't thinking about the blanket when I left. I asked the front desk did I have to go.

I hate to tell but I have short hair and there were alot of black hairs on the back of the showerside. When I was younger I was a hotel room cleaner and that was the first thing we had to do was clean the shower .

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool was open. Most of the staff were very nice and friendly.

Communication from the manager to get the discount they offered us. The pool room was only 60°. I already wrote a full review and sent it out.

It was clean and quiet. We were able to bring out pet with us. We were able to come and go without the worry of the fire being locked after a certain time.

The check-in clerk was not very hospitable. Didn't talk much. The room was less than expected. I've always stayed at this chain of hotels and was disappointed to find that the electrical outlets didn't hold out phone charges, they kept falling out the outlet. The room was smaller than expected. The pool was filthy. The rest of the hotel was clean though. At breakfast, the coffee was cold and not very many options for sometime who doesn't eat a lot of carbs. There was basically only carbs. There was mold on the air conditioning unit. And the room smells musty.

Everything was great except for the fact I was put directed across from elevator. Breakfast was delicious. A little confusing to get in and out of parking lot when you are not from the area, but we figured it out. All in all, a good experience.

The bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and clean We got a much needed great night's sleep!

I wish you had eggs for breakfast. You used to if I remember correctly, and I missed them. Shower only had hot water, no cold, making a morning shower a challenge, but I know you'll fix it.

The room was very clean and neat. The walk-in shower was an excellant idea for us since we are both older. The refrigerator was in working order. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Can't think of anything that should be changed. Maybe a few more breakfast selections.

My wife and I went for a 25 yr reunion for the Army and the location was great we were close to all the functions we attended.The bed was so comfortable and the room was awesome. Breakfast looked really good, my wife liked the coffee.

washroom needs somr tender loving care...rust starting to show on shower enclosure
