This was my home when I went to Erie, Pennsylvania, for work. The hotel was an excellent value for money. It was a peaceful place to stay and all the facilities in my room worked real fine. The breakfast was okay and the members of staff were nice. The location was excellent. In short, if you are travelling on budget this is the place for you to stay!

For the price the hotel was good. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

The outside of the hotel could use a little upgrading. Trying to find the room was a little confusing due to where the signs were located. The bathroom could also use a little udgrading.

I loved the lamps that are in the room. It has a nice design. It had a microwave and small fridge nice size tv with lots of channels. I liked that the shower head had 3 settings. It was nice and bright where the sink is. The sink isn't in the bathroom and that's different but I liked it. There are 2 large mirrors. I'd stay here again however I'd request more towels and pillows.

The door would get stuck and you had to push really hard to open. Not enough parking. It was hard to find a spot by our room. There were only 2 pillows and 2 towels plus the beds i don't know if it cause there too soft or if there that way from a lot of people sleeping in it and the room seemed small. I would consider this more a motel than a hotel since all the rooms are on the outside of it

I stay there about every other month for work to visit my clients that are placed in a residential treatment facility in Erie, I have noticed the improvements being made to the rooms/property and have been very pleased. I appreciate being able to smoke in the room.

I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast options (just cereal, bread and waffles) as I'm not able to eat bread. Maybe I just caught an off day.

Didn’t get to come! Was looking forward to staying as it looked like a very nice hotel but had something sudden come up and it was too late to cancel and was disappointed that I paid for nothing! Get to enjoy

Breakfast was ok,, Waffle's and bagels were the hot foods,,there were hot cereal packs,,cold cereal, juice,toast, bagels, yogurt,, juice's,, coffee,tea,,

That they closed the pool to shock it,, and it was hot,,

The waffle iron does not cook all the way through and only half the toaster works, but good variety

Doors to rooms are difficult to open and the shower dumps water on the floor

The location was good for us. The breakfast was good. A lot to choose from. Finally after three years to see a hot breakfast served once again! The only down side was that the juice was watered down. The bar restaurant food was amazing along with drink specials!

The pool itself was great!! A good size pool area. With all that space, it needed more tables to sit at along with more chain general.

I've been to the other establishments around the area since I'm working close by and I'm the happiest and coziest here at Quality Inn. The front desk folks have been super nice and have had the pleasure to talk to one of the owners and couldn't be happier with all around service communication. Super nice lobby and banquet room, there's a nice Bar inside with good food, a gaming room with pool tables and other games for the kids. Very clean and taken care of. I plan on staying longer if I can.

I liked everything

I liked that everything was easy to get too.. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was good and not very expensive. And bar was nice.

The building was a little run down. Needs updated.
