I ended up paying twice for the hotel room, once at booking.com and at the motel. The agent was new and did not know her job very well so I ended up being billed twice. Upon checking out the manager Richard could not process a refund for me and has not done so yet. I tried to cancel our last day a the motel but bookin.com would not allow me even though it was 24 hrs prior to check out. I will call Sunday when he is back in at work. Such a big mess up with booking and checking out. So far we are out almost $200.00. Not a happy person.

Friendly helpful front desk staff. Location private and quiet despite being near highway. Many choices for food, drink, gas, etc. Pleasant old timey feel with all the mature trees and grass - kinda retro in a charming way.

No Refrigerator in room. Lose the disinfectant smell that assaults you upon entering the room - had to leave the door open and run the fan on "high", Also, could not open the sliding window - isn't that a safety violation?

Mag cleaned our room in Erie, PA (Schultz Rd.). It was so clean!!! Outstanding job! We liked the little table with chairs as we ate a meal on it, and didn't have to sit on the bed to eat. Also, we had a special needs young man who checked us in (my husband works with special need teens). He did very well with us, and we interacted several times.

We had to return to the office three different times over three days because our key cards would not work. Finally, we were told that cell phones will demagnetize them. Who knew? It would have been so nice to be told that at check-in. (Just a thought.)

The staff is always very friendly. The location is great and very convenient

The room was clean, but the carpet needed cleaned with shampoo. It felt sticky and made my white socks brown with dirt.

I needed a last minute, pet friendly room. My close friend was in the hospital and I was there in Erie Pa so when she was finally discharged I could take her home. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the room was. I definitely would stay there again.

No coffee pots in our room. McDonald's wasn't open till 8am, neither was Tim Hortons. I had to get dressed and go to the lobby just for a nice, hot cup of coffee. I don't like the inconvenience. A 4 cup pot wouldn't hurt for a $150 room.

As expected. Bare bones accommodations (no dresser/refrigerator), as expected for the price.

Let me first say that places are understaffed all over, and staff are usually doing the best they can while being pulled in all different directions. Key card wasn’t programmed correctly, so had to go back to office. TV wouldn’t work, so called front desk - said she was checking someone in and would be there shortly to look at it. She never did come.

If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay the night this is a good choice. It is very basic: no fridge, microwave, hair dryer or even a dresser for clothes. It is clean, convenient to Rt. 90 and there are several food options near-by. If all you want is a bed, TV, WIFI and adequate reading light this is the place for you.

Take kleenex, hair drier. this is a very basic motel with no amenities. Towels were small and rough. The tub side was high with no grab bars for anyone a little unsteady on their feet.

The room was quite large, even with the king bed. Very clean, except for something sticky on the bathroom floor. We were pleasantly surprised by the facility. It was apparently an older motel, set back off the main road in a rather quiet location, that had been updated in a very tasteful and fun way. The bed was very comfortable and there was a small dinette with table which we also appreciated. A nice Asian restaurant was within walking distance and we brought back our food from there and enjoyed it in our room. Fresh coffee, ice and vending machines were just off the lobby and available 24/7. Quite unexpected for a Motel 6!

No complaints. After 4 nights in 4 different motels, we were happy to end our journey here.

The ladies at check-in were a delight. One was in training. Both her and the supervisor were professional. Another employee was also there to help us when the key didn't work. She ran out to open the door for my family while I had the keys reset. Budget motel has a very short list of amenities but has everything you need for a quick stay.

Nothing. For the price it was exactly what I was looking for and expected.

Room was clean and comfortable, but dont look for extras like fridge or microwave. This is a budget friendly property. This hotel is not currently serving breakfast, but coffee is available in vending room. The assistant manager is very knowledgeable and answered every question quickly and confidently upon check out. It is very close to the zoo and plenty of places to eat within a couple of miles. I also liked outdoor accessability from my room. It makes loading and unloading very easy.

Should have a designated smoking area. Even though my room was non smoking, guests are able to sit on the sidewalk in front of their room and smoke. There are cigarette butts on the sidewalk and in the parking lot. Parking lot needs more lights. When I asked for a room closer to the entrance for safety, I was told they had no other rooms that they were permitted to move me into. (Booking .com policy?) even though the parking lot was less than half full.
