Before retiring I traveled several days a week 3 weeks of the month. I looked forward to a clean, quiet and safe place to rest my head at the end of the day. This property offered just that. The A/ C worked well the TV had the channel I frequently watch but few others. The pool looked nice and clean but no umbrellas to keep the sun at bay

The towels are thin and while they were replaced daily I don't know why you only get 3 bath towels not 4. The breakfast left something to be desired. Plenty of griddles to make your own waffles, but other than that breakfast was a disappointment. No meats, no eggs or omelettes. The only fruit was apples no bananas or oranges. The bread selection was white or a plain bagel or cinnamon raisin. I had seen better offerings coming out of COVID. While it wouldn't be a deal breaker it was a disappointment.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was good for the most part but had a musky scent upon entering the beds and pillows were very comfortable, I slept great. The railroad tracks across the street had me worried at first that I would not get a good nights sleep but with the fan constantly blowing for the ac, I did not hear a thing while I was sleeping. The coffee in the front lobby was good.

More choices for breakfast, including a protein like sausage links, would have been nice. Mainly carbs were available. Bananas and more choices for cereal would have been nice too. The bathrooms could use updating. The hairdryer could be updated.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and informative location of the hotel is perfect for what my needs were for my business trip out there. It was close to the location that I had to be to the next morning.

I would say the only thing that I did not like about the facility was the mattress in the queen bedroom they were too stiff for my liking they should consider at least having two different style mattresses in the double Queen bedrooms this way a patron can pick which bed they would rather be on something that's either firm or something that is more plush. I don't think that a patron should want to sleep in the chair with the ottoman because that's probably would have been a better choosing for me but I can't sleep sitting up like that.

I have stayed here many times. I come to Gettysburg twice a year and try to stay here. Rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet.

The bathrooms need a little work. They're looking tired, and the bathtub drain is almost always partially plugged and running very slow. I get tired of standing in two inches of dirty water while I take my shower. I also resent the huge increase in the room rates on weekend nights. This is a hotel disease that needs to stop.

Clean, friendly staff, good value, convenient location. able to walk to restaurant and ice cream neighboring property, close drive to town and all the sites. Nice rooms, nice furniture, liked having microwave/refrigerator/coffee maker in room. Comfortable beds, air conditioner worked great, quiet rooms, respectful guests, hot water reached 5th floor. Hot coffee/tea in lounge area 24/7. Good breakfast: choice of yogurts, bread/muffin/bagel, make your own waffles, cereals, apples, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and coffee/tea.

Uncomfortable pillows (maybe need to be washed/dried to "refluff"). No chaise lounge chairs at pool to lay out. Bathtub backed up while showering, didn't drain well.

we got 2 adjoining rooms for the group of 8 adults which was nice. Breakfast was good, they have multiple waffle irons but there was nothing with protein offered so count on being hungry before lunchtime. Rooms were fine, very convinient to have the sink outside the bathroom when 4 people are sharing a room. We had to go down and ask for more towels since there weren't enough for 4 people in either room despite the room being booked for 4 people.

Good value for the money.

Left a personal item in the room. They said I would have to send a pre-paid package from the post office for them to mail it to me. This was hard to do since I did not have measurements nor exact weight. Since I was only a little over an hour away, I ended up driving back to the hotel to retrieve my item. They said they could not fedex to me, even though I had an fedex account they could use.

I have stayed at this location a few times. I think the last time I stayed here covid was a lot more serious so there was no free breakfast in the morning but this time there was! I had waffles and they were very good! They had a waffle batter dispenser that you pour into the waffle iron yourself and make your own waffles. Very simple to do! Every employee I’ve came across at this location has been very nice and this place is really clean. I have been to other Days Inns at other locations and they were super dirty and gross, not this one. This hotel is also greatly priced as well with a Dunkin Donuts next door and Walmart right down the street if you need anything during your stay.

There really wasn't much I didn't like! If anything I would say include a few more options for breakfast such as some kind of meat and eggs. Also maybe an option for iced coffee! That is pretty much it!

I like everything. I saw a lot of upgrades since I was there 2 years ago. They are planning more upgrades. Breakfast was great with the addition of making your own waffles.

Any dislikes will be updated to make them all likes in the future. There need to be more lounges around the pool and cushions for the lounges. Need to have umbrellas with the tables to give guests some shade out at the pool.

*The room were breakfast is set up in was extremely warm almost felt uncomfortable. *For someone who is shorter in stature like myself or someone who could have a disability with their hands such as myself trying to get access to items to get myself breakfast were difficult because of the height of the items and not a lot of room to work/get my own breakfast. *The coffee was horrible in flavor.
