Location was great for why we were there. We’ve stayed there before and always have a good experience. Room was very clean..

We had trouble with our room key both nights. Had to go to the office four times to get it to work. The person who was on the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Stated they have been having trouble with them. It was a little frustrating but we would stay there again.

It was a nice stay for enjoying a fun night with a single friend or partner. Nice bathroom and sink area. Included a fridge and microwave.

Can be a tad bit expensive for what you get and the rooms are a bit outdated, that gives the vibe of the “classic stay for a certain service” look lol but also still being clean.

Excellent location. Room was clean. Small microwave and small refrigerator were provided. Two double beds, both comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is pet friendly, but no pets caused us difficulties. No free breakfast, but free coffee and cider were available in lobby and coffee maker was in room. Overall, it was a good value for the price and I hope they will continue with remodeling in bathroom.

Only negative was that the caulking between the tub and shower wall was old and showing age and dirt. Looks like room had been remodeled, but shower walls were still the old materials.

Good place for the money. It is close to interstate, eateries, stores, and close enough to Pittsburgh to get into easily. Staff was great, room had all amenities needed, laundry room available with CC reader- overall, good stay!

There was no fitted sheet on the bed and could have used a better cleaning of the floors. Also, was a garbage smell outside due to garbage collection sitting in elevator area.

It was a good price and the front end staff was really friendly and accomodating

The security guard was straight up rude. He approached me and my friends for no reason and said "if you make to much noise I'll take you take you out of here in hand cuffs", I think he though he was cool. I'd like him to know that I'm a military veteran and if he tried to do an unlawful arrest I would gladly do a citizen arrest on him for assault. After he said that he just lerked the halls for a few minutes like a creeper then went home. Plus the hotel was right next to a really loud football stadium which was kind of a turn off.

We stayed for 1 night and it was pretty much a very standard room with basic facilities. For the price, the facilities were good enough. Decent size room, clean and comfortable.

I had already paid a non refundable fee of 82$ on booking.com for the accommodation but I was charged 84$ at the hotel. I paid it thinking the payment on booking.com did not go through. I was refunded the online payment I had done by the hotel as I was charged twice. This was a confusing experience as I should have been refunded 84$ that I was charged the 2nd time.

The room and the bed were clean and comfortable.

I wish I had been furnished with decaf coffee and I would've liked window curtains that let in some light while still providing privacy instead of just the total blackout curtains.

I had to go to the front office numerous times because the key would not work it’s the middle of November & freezing cold outside. the lady at the front desk assigned me a room the key didn’t work I had to go back to the front desk so she could repeat the process all over again. I had to do this about 3 times. the 3rd time the security saw I was aggravated & offered to use the master key to open my room. (which the lady should have suggested from the begging) BUT besides that everything was good.

Room was clean, affordable, everything I needed was there. Everything was in working order. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable too.

The door stuck trying to get in the room. Card worked but door took a few times to get open. Getting in and out of the hotel can be tricky because it's a little side entrance with no sign to tell you that way to Red Roof, so unless you know the area, it can get confusing. The road out front can be tough during busy days, but there's nothing they can do about that.

The hotel was near the event that we attended.

I inquired about my AARP discount when I booked the room. I was assured it would be applied, but it wasn't. Due to the automatic pre- payment administered a few days before arrival. The desk clerk said it should have been applied through Booking. com.
