99.9% of the rest of the stay!…will definitely return when in the area.

If I had to be picky, it was for the lack of response for renting a fridge/microwave for the weekend. I had posed the question to booking.com as to whether or not a fridge could be rented, as I had seen a microwave in the lobby to reheat food. No response was ever given. Fast forward to Sunday, when I see one of the housekeepers bring a fridge out of a room that had spent the weekend there as well. It didn’t destroy our stay, but it did cause us to throw away leftovers that we would’ve eaten.

The architect of the building was very nice. The staff was very nice. The location was great, close to the mall we enjoyed. Very nice restaurants we enjoyed eating at.

Very old and outdated furniture, the phone in the room did not work. The lamps in the room was very dusty. The furniture in the waiting areas was very stained and seem like the furniture has been there for years, since it used to be Raddison Hotel and a former Marriot. In need of a serious makeover. Wallpaper throughout the hotel old and stained. Very old and outdated phones in the rooms. The desk and chair in the room was really old and worn.

The location is great and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We went to enjoy the pool and hot tub and this is not the first time we just stayed to swim and relax. The pool is EXTREMELY cold so we could not get in or should I say stay in, the hot tub was nice Great breakfast buffet.

Since described as a grab and go, we did not eat breakfast there; we had on prior stay two years ago and enjoyed it. If offering grab and go, there should be something low carb for travelers and not the typical pastries with a long shelf life.

See above for breakfast. Dinner at the hotel on the arrival night was "ok" but could have offered more items.

Very convenient to Convention Center. Staff was very kind and rooms where very clean. Nice workout room and pool. Close to many restaurants and shops

They offer breakfast, but it is not included in your stay. Have been at other hotels that offer free breakfast and were much nicer.

The front desk staff was exceptional.

The place, halls and elevators where a little dirty (masks, tissues, etc.) is some areas but I do realize the cleaning staff cannot be on top of everything because the hotel itself was busy with a wedding and other events.

my toilet wasn’t working properly and I had to have maintenance come twice and no refrigerator available in my room

The staff is extremely nice and accommodating! It was so refreshing to have someone go out of their way to give you an amazing experience. He couldn't have been any nicer and genuine. Thank you!!

There wasn't anything we didn't like! It was a great experience.

The view of the city was awesome. Also the bed was very comfortable. Everybody in and out were very friendly.

1 out of 3 elevaters wroked, but ots expected when there's alot in and out traffic

Other kids running, slamming doors throughout the night. Smelled like cigarette smoke in the room/ hallways
